Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Minnetonka

The "GM" as he called himself, was extremely rude. I work at a gas station down the road from this location and each month we're asked to go to other gas stations to compare prices of certain things like, coffee, milk, coke those type of products. Every few months we're required to go to caribou or lakewinds and get prices, this month I needed to go to caribou to get coffee prices. I had waited till no one was in line and even let people in front of me so I wasn't holding anyone up. I asked nicely for prices of just plain coffee, and he very rudely told me to download the app and look at prices that way, and walked away. Then when I didn't move and people started lining up behind me, he came back and told me the prices were on the app and that there was no way be would ring up the prices and tell me the prices, he told me he's never heard of anyone asking for prices and he's "GM" even though the other staff recognized me. He then told me to move out of the way. All I wanted was to know the cost of coffee. Instead I was rudely talked to, ignored, and told to move out of the way. I've never seen him there before, and this was not my first time doing a price survey there. I've been there many times for prices and the other staff has always been super welcoming and nice and willing to help. But not this guy. My experience with Caribou Coffee in general has been positive; however, this location has been lack luster in customer service and quality each time we've visited. We chalked up the slow service due to the drive thru being crowded, but soon realized this was the norm. For example, recently there was one car in front of us and I ordered my wife a small drink. The people before us had already ordered when we pulled up and they waited 15 minutes for one drink. We pulled up and the barista didn't acknowledge us for five minutes and then said it would be just a moment. Fast forward 20 minutes, we received the drink but while we waited we we're treated to the employees sitting at the open drive thru window complaining with expletive filled rants.
