Great Harvest Bread Company — Restaurant in Minnetonka

I was really disappointed by this place. I'm genuinely surprised I had a disappointing experience considering the high reviews this location has. I've been to other Great Harvests and they all had fantastic lunch service. However this place was chaotic, disorganized, and unhelpful. Apparently they can't make hot sandwiches, rather than suggesting something else to eat the guy just walked away from me. There didn't seem to be a menu visible anywhere, So I had no idea what sandwiches they did or didn't serve. There was another customer there who was trying to figure out what all his meal came with, and no one was answering his questions or giving him any direction. I love Great Harvest but this location wasn't the same positive experience. -11am (Have 2 loaf types) Was told the others wouldnt be done till noon because they are made at different times. What Baker makes half their offerings in the afternoon??? -Front counter lady was super nice and friendly but when I kept being told that the loaf I was asking for wasn't done yet I just asked "what DO you have" and she helped another customer who walked in -Decided on a loaf and it was taken off the cooling rack, which was by empty boxes and just a handful of inches of the dirty tile floor. Why didn't I know that this place made phenomenal sandwiches before today? Unhappy with my last Lakewinds sandwich I opted for GHBC today. Man did I make the best choice. Game changer. I ordered this month's special; chipotle turkey on honey wheat. While I waited I was offered and accepted samples of other breads and treats. I sampled a big cookie bite and cheddar jalapeño corn bread. I almost didn't need my lunch after that.
