I was looking for a quick and easy meal for dinner. I noticed online they had a Family Meal, so I called. It came with egg rolls or krab Rangoon, one soup, one large rice, and 3 entrees.

I chose egg rolls, wonton soup, pork fried rice, and then I had to choose my 3 entrees. Everything that I asked for; she said they didn’t have. I was being polite and asking nicely what they do have. Then she yelled at me and said I need to read the menu, BUT I was choosing the items from their online menu. I almost said never mind and canceled, but I really needed a quick meal for my family.

When I went to pick up, the lady was on the phone, and was very short and dry with me. I paid, took my food and went home. I was extremely disappointed. A family meal is usually enough for 3-4 people, and the amount of food given was probably enough for an adult and 1 child, in my opinion.

On top of that, my order was wrong. I got krab Rangoon when I asked for egg rolls, and the 2 chicken entrees I chose were wrong. I would not recommend. The picture is all it came with. Very little food for a “family...

Ordered a pint of soup for takeout. The lady who took my order was so nasty. The soup should have been $3.99 plus tax. Gave the guy at the register my debit card and he handed me back a receipt for $41.27. Needless to say I was upset and asked him why he charged me this amount when I jonly bought soup. A mistake is a mistake, just own it and make it right. But no apology, no answer from him as to how that could happen, he just voids the sale, tells me I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and then charges me for the soup. I wonder how many other people they've done this to that don't check their receipts? Customer service is absolutely terrible here. Everyone has a bad attitude here. Never delivered food. Instead of using the address on the order they looked up our phone number and used our old address from 5 years ago to "attempt to deliver food." Driver never called to confirm when arriving at old address nor did the restaurant try to call us and explain the situation. After over a hour waiting had to call to find out where our food was before they told us what happened. Don't ever place your order online they will just screw it up and send it to the wrong address.
