South Florida Bounce — Local services in Deerfield Beach

Unfortunately my experience was not the same as other reviews. I chose this company just for that! Two gentlemen arrived at 9am for setup. I explained to them they would need to back in the yard...well they decided to try and turn around and got stuck! I spent the next 3.5 hrs digging them out with little help and appreciation. I was covered in dirt at 12:30 PM and was not able to complete final preparation for 12:PM party . I tried not to let that ruin my day but, they left insufficient amount of blowers for the slide. On top of that one of the blowers were bad and clearly was written on (Weak). I called multiple people many times and no one arrived until 5pm!. A simple apology would have went a long way with me from owner/manager but never happened. No thank you from the guys the I dug out! Nothing! On a good note tyler that brought the two additional blowers 5hrs later was very professional and apologetic. $1000 for a slide on a few patrons were able to use! Also when I scheduled I explained that the area was not very grassy. They told me that they would bring tarps and they did not. (Update) I realize your response SOUTH FLORIDA BOUNCE is necessary to try to preserve your reputation, but dont insult me with this false story of yours. The fact of the matter is that the ball was dropped and you should own up to it with out changing facts and stories to make yourself culpable! They picked the slide up at 10pm. The blowers did not work when left, and not enough to inflate the slide. The time frames are accurate and documented with time stamped photos if you would like me to elaborate . I'm over it. Horrible Experience – Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children

**update: pretty bold for the owner to blatantly lie, in his reply. how do you figure I would have gotten one of your employees to pose nicely for this picture attached? .. nobody was thrown out.. the owner commenting was not present. The police did not throw me out, I can share pictures of myself and my family enjoying the event throughout the night even after this company shut down and went home…. Update: beware, the owner does not accept accountability.. far more concerning … we just avoided the one ride with the toxic employee. Though I should say you’re welcome as our experience humbled her to sit down and not bother another soul.

We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarac event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment.

When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well—completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong.

After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work...

Completely Unprofessional – Keep Your Kids Away

**update: the lying response from the owner is a clear sign to stay clear. The family was not kicked out, the unruly staff member sat down and behaved after the confrontation and the family went on their way. There is even pictures showing the family on the Tamarac website during the nightly activities. Nice try

I was at the Tamarac city annual event and saw something deeply concerning at the bounce house maze. The woman in charge was aggressive and downright hostile toward children. She was chasing kids, yelling at them to leave, and scaring them so badly that some ran off crying. It was disturbing to watch, and I immediately decided to keep my own kids far away.

At one point, a mother confronted her after she went after her child, and instead of handling it professionally, the woman became rude and dismissive. Then, shockingly, she started insulting the mother’s children right in front of her. It was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Eventually, she even ran to the police, but they didn’t take any action—clearly seeing there was no real case.

This woman was completely unhinged and had no business working around kids. The fact that this company allowed her to be in charge of a children’s attraction is a huge red flag. I plan to bring this up with the city because no parent should have to worry about their child being treated this way. If you see this company at an event, I strongly recommend keeping...
