People of Boca Raton, LOOK NO FURTHER! This Place Has it ALL! Extremely well kept, and managed. ALL the Sales Associates are the most kind and respectful to any and everyone that walks in. With my experience, I was simply looking for a nice jewelry store hopefully vintage and the store was beautiful from the outside, you may notice how clean and immaculate condition all the items in the window displays as they prove this place goes above and beyond and Attention to Detail is a priority and they show it!

Once inside I was instantly greeted by a couple members of the sales staff and even the security guard was very kind and engaging in conversation. It truly has that personal feeling of shopping for High Quality Luxury items in a comfortable and not so intimidating space store location.

Many times have i been to other stores where i get a "once over" roll of the eyes and am assumed to be worthy of no ones time.

But here at raymond Lee, The owner Jeff could in fact be the absolute most kind jewler in the industry. and i was starting to lose faith in jewelers way back when. Jeff and his Gorgous Daughter bring back the nostalgia and feel of a "mom and pop" or family grin business. These days there seem to be not enough places like this, and far too many chain jewelry stores. They not only sell jewelry from the highest end luxury-ist designers, they also provide a great deal of services such as repairs, ring sizing, cleaning, and this work is all done on site!

Truly a blessing I walked into this store when i did as i began to sell on ebay myself after i found that there were so many enticing and intriguing pieces i wanted to own, i simply could not keep them all! ☺️

Wether you are looking for Repairs, Resizing, or just something to make YOU feel good today and it isn't just about the item, it's the over all glowing experience that each member of the sales team is going to give you a 10 out of 10 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

it has been my one and only jewelry store i shop at now for many years.

They even sent me a birthday card recently and that again gives it that "x factor" that will stand the test of time and ALWAYS stay on top because of people like Donna, the kindest person on the planet, she made me feel like a normal shopper when i felt insecure for perhaps i could not afford such amazing items as I was seeing all around the wide open immaculate space. if i could spend all day there I would. Everyone is just that kind that you feel phenomenal walking out with your little bag of a secret sparkle to light up your life with along with a smile from meeting not only one incredibly kind person, or friend but maybe 2, or 3 even!

They also HOST all kinds of REALLY FUN EVENTS such as "Diamonds and Donuts" or Festive Decor and meetups with wine and cheese around halloween with a live dj and all kinds of great stuff! the next event coming up i believe...

I enjoy giving credit when it's due, which is why I am happy to write this review endorsing Brandy D. Senn. Brandy has been a friend of nearly a decade. As of the past 2-3 years she has quickly become my preferred jeweler.

What I enjoy most about working with Brandy is her honesty, knowledge, great taste/recommendations/guidance, professionalism, timeliness, personal touch and she always ensures I'm getting great value on my purchases.

I've worked with Brandy (of Raymond Lee Jewelers) on three occasions now... for engagement ring, wedding band and opal pendant necklace for my wife's birthday. Early on into working with Brandy, I would compare prices of jewelry at several jewelers in Palm Beach County. Brandy consistently was able to provide the best jewelry at the best prices.

I wanted to share my experience of working with Raymond Lee Jewelers. Sales associate Brandy Senn truly went above and beyond in helping me find the right engagement ring. I already knew the designer setting that I wanted, prior to coming into the shop. Brandy was patient, attentive and understanding of my needs. She provided the necessary guidance and expertise to help me select the best diamond to pair with my choice of Verragio setting. I gave Brandy my criteria and budget that I wanted to stay within. From there she helped by selecting several GIA certified stones that she had specially delivered to her store. The final result... a beautiful stone that far exceeded my expectations and stayed within my budget. She was never pushy or suggestive of anything that didn't fit my needs or budget. It was nice to have a young professional woman's opinion on this purchase decision and she was there to help every step of the way. I feel confident that I got great value on my purchase and I had a very positive experience purchasing through Brandy. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Raymond Lee Jewelers, and I can confidently say it was one of the best “high end” customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

After paying $$$$$ for a personal, life-threatening emergency; my savings was wiped out and I needed a “life line” to get my bills paid on time. My only option was to part with some of the “family jewels”. RLJ was the first place I went for consultation and, after visiting a couple other stores for second opinions, I immediately rushed back because of how well I was treated.

What truly sets this jewelry store apart is their exceptional approach to customer service. The staff I worked with (Dawn & Charlene) is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely kind and compassionate. They took the time to explain every detail of our transactional journey and educated me on the jewelry business at the same time, ensuring that I felt confident in my decision to let go of some very sentimental pieces. Their personalized approach made the whole experience feel special, and they never once pressured me to do anything I didn’t want to do.
