The two stars are because the food was decent... good for fast food Italian. You know what you’re getting at O.G., nothing gourmet obviously, but the food wasn’t the problem. The service was atrocious. We walked in at 9:10pm, party of two, restaurant wasn’t too busy, but still plenty of people there. Seated right away. The booth we were seated in was still wet from being wiped down, gross. There were crumbs on the shelf next to me like someone had taken a breadstick and just pulled parts off and left it there. We ordered drinks (iced tea and soda), we asked for straws but our server Ritchee only had one. He gave it to me and said he would be right back with another. Many many minutes go by, Ritchee still hasn’t brought the straw, and in fact has seemingly disappeared. Finally he emerges, but he’s straw-less. Once again we ask for a straw, he finally brings one. Mind you, from setting down of drink to getting second straw we’re talking about 7 minutes. The restaurant was not busy enough to take that long for a straw. Anyway, next we order our app and entrees. Soups come out, and although mine tasted fine, it looked so disgusting and unappealing in it’s presentation. It’s soup, I get it, but the other soup looked fine. Still I ate it, no complaints. Ritchee did drop off our soups and drinks, other than that the apps and entrees were brought by what I assume was a food runner. All of the staff was very nice. Food was fine. Apps were good, entrees good. Never once did Ritchee check on us to see how things were, if we needed anything, a drink refill, nothing. He was nice, but his service was really subpar. End of the meal, I need a to-go box, I waited for about 5 minutes for Ritchee to bring one, I never even saw him. I finally went up to the bar where I encountered a gentlemen that walked up as I was standing there, turned out he was the manager, named Elvis. He asked if he could help me, I said yes, may I please get a box. He gave me one. Back to the table, packed my leftovers. They had one of those computers at the table, so you can pay the bill without even interacting with the server, so by the time I returned from getting box, we were paying bill. As we were leaving, I saw the manager at the hostess stand, and I did ask “are you the manager?” He said yes, and I asked for his name. He was very nice and I told him our dining experience was less than stellar. He apologized. Definitely will not return, and do not recommend spending money here, there are better options with better service for fast Italian food.

We were a large group, so I went online to make reservations and the website said "Currently No Wait!" I checked a few times more and I got the same message. When I got there, the girl said there was a 25 min wait, which isn't bad so we waited. 25 mins passed and she said it was going to be another 20 min wait, so I kindly asked what was going on, since online it said there was currently no waiting time. She told me that their website reservation icon doesn't work, and that it was not her problem if the online reservation didn't work. I said ok... we waited 40 minutes and were not seated. I noticed there was one side of the restaurant that was completely empty... I asked the girl at the front why we were not being seated when there were so many empty tables, and she said "we don't have enough servers so that side won't be used" - which is understandable - but her tone was disgusting, and she was very short and impolite about it. We waited 20 more mins and still nothing, when so many people who came in after us were being seated. If they were so "short-staffed", how were they able to serve so many different families that came in after us, but not us? It was my mom's birthday and we just wanted to eat out to celebrate, and the service was terrible. The girl at the front was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She didn't care at all and was so belittling towards us. I told her we were leaving and we were not going to wait any more... and she laughed right at our faces. I don't think I have ever met such a disrespectful server in my life. It was BEYOND disrespectful - she was insulting and just mean. This is embarrassing for a restaurant like Olive Garden. My family and I will NEVER be returning to this location. We went to another restaurant where the staff was respectful and we were treated right.

I'vew been going to Olive Garden for over 20 years. I know what to expect, decent service, lots of breadsticks, lots of soup, and decent pasta. Comfy food, no issues. Not this time. I sat down at my table and it took teh waitress apr. 10 mins to come to the table. I would sort of understand that if they were busy, but there were a total of 3 tables, counting mine at the time. 2 people at table #2, and 4 at table #3, so with me, a total of 7 people. 10 mins... oh well. I figured she did not see me... I ordered a soda and the lunch special fetuccini. She brought the soda and the soup. I asked for another bowl when I finished, and another soda. When the soda came back the straw had disappeared. When the 2nd bowl came, the table spoon magically became a teaspoon. I asked the waitress for a table spoon. It took about 5 mins to bring the spoon, even though we still have 3 tables counting mine, so I was not sure what the hold up was. Anyways, the waitress finally brought not only the spoon, but also the pasta. She never bothered to ask if I wanted more soup, or more breadsticks, just left the pasta plate and left. I got the bill, and got charged the regular meal instead of the lunch special. I don't really mind paying the extra $4 for the a la carte, but with the service being what it was, I was kind of taken aback. Now, the waitress was super nice, no argument there, but the service.... I was not prepared for that. As mentioned, I have been going to this Olive Garden since the 90s' and this was the first time I was really disappointed.

I went to Olive Garden last night with my family. We got seated right away at a booth in the corner. I was told our server will be with us soon. We sat there for 20 minutes and no server came out. Then I thought, maybe I have to place my order on the iPad that’s at the table. So I put our appetizer and drink order in, but wasn’t able to place our entree order over the iPad, so then I clicked on the call server button. Another 15-20 went by, and no server came. This guy came with our appetizer, I then asked him, “do you know where our servers at? No ones came up to us.” He tells me he’ll get someone for us. I hear him to up to who I’m assuming was a hostess or a manager, and then they go ask this girl why she hasn’t came to us yet. She says she doesn’t have our section, but he says she does. They go check, then about 5 minutes later a different girl comes up. She had an attitude at first, but by the end was absolutely awesome. We ordered our drinks and entree, and asked for some bread sticks. She goes and gets our drinks, and I ordered sweet tea, she comes back with unsweetened tea. I pressed the call server button again, but no one came. About 10 minutes later she comes with our salad and bread sticks, and I tell her that I ordered sweet tea and this is unsweetened, she then goes and gets me the correct drink. You may think now everything will go good, but your wrong. We sat there for another 30 minutes and our food still wasn’t out! Our server came up to us and then asked, “your food hasn’t come out yet?” When I told her no she says, “that’s weird it should’ve came out a long time ago.” So she leaves, then comes back about 10 minutes later with our food. I ordered the steak gorgonzola Alfredo. I had never had it and wanted to try something new. When she brought it out, I was looking at it, and you could tell that it had been sitting there for a while and they tried to reheat it. The cheese on top wasn’t melted anymore it had gone hard, my food was half cold. It was seemed like it sat there, got cold, then they put it in the microwave for a minute, and only part of it was warm. The reason this is a 2 star and not a one is because of this. When I took a bite of the food, it tasted like old mold. I had to spit it out. My mom then tries it, and she said the same thing. We grab a different server and tell him, he then tells us it’s because it has a lot of blue cheese on it, then apologizes and says our server should have told us before. But that part was also on me for not reading on the menu that it has blue cheese in it. So he goes and grabs our server, and she offers to replace it for me with something else. Thats why this is a 2 start and not a 1. As I said earlier, by the end our server was awesome, but it seems that there is a very big lack of communication between the hostesses and the servers. We sat there for about an hour and a half before we got to eat our entrees. And then the final thing, is that there was a big hole in the ceiling, right above our table. Will definitely not be going back to...

This was the worst experience That I never had Of any kind of food Concept From fast food to casual food service. We went last night at this location after 9 PM. We can see that in 10 minutes but will wait for over 20 minutes to see any Server coming into welcome us or to take our. The Server came and she took our drink orders We order the food as well since we were waiting for that long while we were waiting for our food we see Server passing by with two little cup of espresso coffee, screaming loud. I hate my job and we were wondering why she would say that. Our server came dropping drinks and the Soup that was half filled and cold and the Salad . The breadsticks were White color look like they were not baked But that wasn't the worst thing we realize we didn't not have a sewer to eat our food. We were looking around to see if we can catch our Server that was no sign of her and also trying to get attention from any other servers that had no attention to help us out at all I got up to try to see if any other tables next to us had Silverware but there was none I went to the host to explain that we Missing Silverware she replies that they don't have clean Silverware that they were little behind and they will bring to the Table. Waited for at least another half hour. We start to pick salad with our hands And hoping to see someone to bring our Silverware not a chance . I did get up again and tried to talk to someone that look like manager he was over another table were complaining about not having Silverware But he didn't want it to hear my Complain just mentioned that if I was waiting for Silverware they are working on it I went to my table i saw the hostess bringing three Sets of Silverware and when we open the fork and knife Was full of food and dirty Definitely were not clean and unbelievably were bring out to the table without getting Washed That was the Breaking point of making us get up and walk away. I will never ever ever again thinking of experience...
