Buying from Aletto Jewelers and Nick Aletto was a pleasure - I had seen him several times on tik tok which led me to viewing a watch on their web site I had asked my wife to get me for Christmas - I called his cell number and left a voice mail introducing myself - in about a minute he rang me back and he was really easy to talk to as I described where I was in the buying process - no hassle, no pressure on the phone, perfect gentleman but obviously knew his product and the overall market - I was so impressed I drove an hour to his store in Boca the next day and left with a great watch and a new friend - when I got to his store I was a bit nervous and brought a friend along to help me out - Nick cold not have been more genuine or accommodating to all of our questions - after a few minutes I really felt like i was in a family restaurant for jewelry - people were getting engagement rings that have obviously known him and his dad for years - made me so comfortable buying a 2022 Starbucks Submariner - strongly recommend...

A week ago from today i reached out and met nick over the phone after finding him on tik tok and within the first phone conversation i new immediately i wanted to do business with him. He was super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient to help me find the watches to suit me best.
