Angela’s Pizza Kitchen Boca Raton on Powerline — Restaurant in Florida

Hello there: I order from Cannoli Kitchen once a week or every ten days at the very least. I find their food delicious, and have never really been disappointed, honestly. Even on a diet, I can still find things that are not too "sinful" to have, and I simply go through the menu to find something where I can behave. Last night for example, I had their scrumptious Eggplant Parmesan. G-D was that Good. Of course you have your choice of sides, so to be a good girl, I had their steamed veggies. One of the great things about Cannoli Kitchen is their diverse menu. You can even get things that are not classified as Italian or saucy and still be satisfied with their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, and other healthy choices. Their Cannoli for dessert you simply HAVE to make room for and an allowance for that one splurge in your diet...if you're going to misbehave, do it with a smile on your face. Hey...I had mine for breakfast... No limits.. Overall, Cannoli Kitchen...always a treat. Never disappointed with their service, always friendly over the phone, courteous, and have always been patient in my ordering selection. Delivery people pleasant overall, and you get to know them after awhile. Highly personable... Five Stars from me! I would give 0 stars if I could. This is worst business I’ve ever seen in my life. These people from 22191 Powerline Rd Boca Raton FL 33433 lack brain use so they’re unable to write the client’s name correctly and, of course, they take orders incorrectly too. I had 5 people in my living room hearing me order on the phone and NO ONE heard me saying the word HALF. Guess what? One hour later I received in my house a pizza HALF AND HALF. I decided to call back and communicate the mistake. Then this rude, impolite, snappy and arrogant woman called Angela said many times that I was wrong, and I would have to hold the wrong pizza and return it if I wanted to have the right pizza delivered. The tone was completely disrespectful and unprofessional and when I asked her name she said she was the owner and I said I was very sorry if this is the way she is running her business. Then she got the nerve to ask me if I own a pizzeria. I imagine owning a pizzeria like hers must be very miserable and disgraceful based on her attitude. I have business myself and my clients are my top priority, that’s why I’ve been keeping them for years and clearly never disrespected who appreciates my work and allows me to pay my bills, payroll and keep my good reputation. Warning read all the one star reviews before ordering, they are not lying!!

Just ordered a large buffalo chicken/ bbq chicken, large cheese light sauce and buffalo wings extra crispy, which I spend 50 bucks on. Pizza took about an hour to arrive. Once we got it the cheese pizza wasn't light sauce it was no sauce. The buffalo chicken had no hot wing sauce and tasted like fried chicken with cheese. The bbq chicken on the other hand had way to much sauce.

I called the business and spoke to Andrew. I was offered option of remaking pizza and waiting another hour for redelivery or a 10 dollar credit!!!??? I tried to explain I have a pregnant wife who can not wait another hour but got no sympathy.

I demanded my money back and offered them back the food. I was told I would have to call Monday and there were no guarantees. Apparently I am supposed to ask for a Heather. Funny how they had no problem taking my money but now standing by their product and customers is not an option for this business.

This is without a doubt the worst pizza spot around. I should have listened to the many recent 1 star reviews regarding this poorly managed business. If you are on the fence about where to spend your hard earned money I highly suggest skipping this spot. Will be contacting the better business bureau as this business is...
