A girlfriend of mine and I went in to browse the jewelry and I politely asked for a small favor... for the gentleman to size my finger. He rudely remarked that unless I was buying something, he would charge me $20 to do the sizing. Ridiculous. It literally takes 2 seconds and I could do it myself. Both she and I are actually shopping around for engagement rings, but I can tell you that after his rude attitude and poor service, we will certainly not consider going back to Marquis. I have known Ron for about 24 years. I first met him at his jewelry store in Downtown. He has been very nice and taking good care of customers. Even though I dud not purchase expensive jewelry from him, he still had a good service and a kind to me.

My husband bought the engagement ring from Ron in 2004. Then, I recently contacted and met Ron to adjust my engagement ring, which the diamond was very slightly wiggling.

He immediately kept my ring and fixed it a day. He took care of old customer even I had not seen him for 15 years. I am really appreciative of his professionalism and his kindness....

If i could give zero stars I would...this guy is a piece of crap...My fiance and I bought a couple of Movados and needed a few links taken out. I politely called his store and asked him how much he would charge to take them out..Most people do it for free but we were willing to pay. He said we are a FINE jeweler and don't do that and then hung up in my face! TOTAL DOUCHEBAG! When I called him right back to give him a piece of my mind he let the answering machine pick it up because he didn't have the balls to answer for his COWARDICE...This guy does not deserve any...
