Bought a new atomizer for my mod last night. When i got home and put it in, i found that it was no good. After verifying that it was not my mod and that it was the actual atomizer, i tried to exchange it the next day. At which time i was told by all 3 of the women working that the customer has to eat the loss when the atomizers are bad. I asked why the customer should have to eat it and they replied "why would we have to eat the loss"... i then asked what kind of business model allows a business to sell broken merchandise and then tell the customer that they are to foot the bill for it and all they could say is thats just the way it is......will not spend a single dollar with them or their other store ever again. If this is their business model, i would steer clear of these guys all together.....both locations.

I’ve bought pods here for over a year and a half. I’m a 20 year old stetson student and they had the audacity to accuse me of selling pods to teenagers. Following this false aquisation they banned me from their store. When I came back to meet their owner who is a female woman she said they had me on camera at the Orange City location (which I have never even been too). She was very rude to me when I was completely civil and tried to talk it out. After about 30 seconds of her making false aquisations she told me to get out of the store or she’ll have to call the cops before allowing me to explain to her I had never even been to the Orange City shop. They had me on camera at their own store giving a pod to my friend when I got in the car because we both paid $2.50 for the pod and shared it from my juul. My friend is 20 and also a Stetson student. They banned him today for buying a pod and then getting in my car. This place made $100’s off of me and then accuse me of stuff I didn’t do and banned me. Horrible store...

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They helped me find the right devices for my different vaping needs. I'm in there enough that some of them know me, but even the ones that don't are always kind and make you feel like they do know you. They also replaced a product I bought that was broken upon arrival at home, with no questions asked. I also love the cats; they are so sweet! The staff is very knowledgeable, as well. I also love that they sell zero nicotine juice. They have helped me go from 5% to 0.015%. I'm about to go to zero. The support of the staff has just been amazing! I highly recommend visiting here, whether you are new to vaping, vape regularly, or vape medicinally.

Update: as usual, this place is quick, super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great prices and selection, and you can't find a better ecig...
