I have loved kfc for many many years but after today’s visit never again will I give my money to a business that treats a loyal customer the way I was treated today . The lady was so rude from the moment we entered the store . I placed an order on my app as I always do . When I got to the restaurant an entered the store the lady right away says my truck didn’t come so we can’t make what you ordered you can ask for a Refund so I said okay an looked on app to do that an there is no option to request a refund so she was asked could she help an then she got more rude an said this is why I don’t use the online ordering an refused to help get a refund she said well I will just make it how I can an continues to say your gonna get two buns with two strips of chicken on it an that is exactly what she did so instead of me getting the spicy chicken sandwich I got two chicken strips slapped on buns gobbed with mayo . Never got the biscuit she said they was out didn’t get the sweet tea they was out paid 4.29 for a large fry an the fry they gave me were so old an burnt an only was half filled so paid for that for nothing the fry’s an sandwich went in the trash an I called customer service just to complain because this is not the way any customer should be treated . Not that they care . Customer service gave me a partial refund so they say I will have to wait 72 hours to see an I told them I will never in my life go to kfc again a that’s it … they will care when the business is no longer in service because they treat customers...

Called customer service after getting nowhere with the manager a couple of months ago. Would not be giving a negative review if KFC customer service would actually do something. However, they have no compensation for mistakes made by their crew. I would hope it was an accident. We, my mom and I, are going to try the KFC on the North side of Deland, even though it's further away. My mom has called KFC Headquarters four times now, looking for some kind of relief after having to throw away a ruined meal. Read moreI usually refrain from poor reviews. But when I give them, its not after the first time and I give my context as well. Check my other google reviews if you don't believe me. This particular KFC has been out of extra crispy chicken the last 5 times I have gone. 3 of those 5 they were also out of a side that I wanted and the fountain machine was out of ice. The sides were different each time. Fortunatly I eat all of the sides, so picking something else isn't difficult. The bathrooms are locked and you need to ask for assistance when you need to use them. This is not entirely the store's fault.
