What can I tell you about the Sanborn Center? I love this place! This place is not just for seniors but they do have a lot of stuff to keep our seniors happy. They have for starters, Monday ballroom dancing with a13 piece live band! They play music from the 40's & 50's. $5 !! Ballroom dance lessons, beginners & advance. Line dancing Ukulele lessons Art lessons Zumba Abs & core exercises Tops Weight Watchers Yoga Tai Chi for health (beginners) Card games, Bingo shuffle board Tennis Wii bowling Quilting Painting classes There's an adventuresome lunch bunch group & Fun Day Trips. Transportation provided at minimal fee.

All this is apart from all the other events & concerts that they have throughout the year. The venue is also rented out for weddings, parties, meetings, all kinds of things.

I am excited to see what the new marketing director has in store. I personally have heard some of her ideas & I'm excited. I think that she will definitely be putting the Sanborn Center on the map.

I don't think people understand how luxurious this place is. Obviously the water features outside are nice, but the big deal is the main meeting room that holds a few hundred people, but the bigger deal about that specific room is the sound system and all the engineering they put into the room, specifically the walls so that the music sounds so very good and obviously also any kind of PA noise for speaking engagements, absolutely...
