All I can say is WOW. I would give them 6 stars if I could!! The Diamond Room has always meant a lot to me, as this is where my parents got their wedding rings. From the moment my (now fiancé) and I started looking at engagement rings, we felt very comfortable at the Diamond Room and wouldn't have gotten our ring anywhere else! Justin and the rest of the staff at the Diamond Room were so easy going, helpful, and guided me/us every step of our journey. Their ring selection is impeccable and absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful as they ordered in special products for me to see in different colors, and kept me in the loop as much as possible. They even reached out to different manufacturers to order in items to look at.

Now on to the diamonds. The diamonds that the Diamond Room has are FLAWLESS. Literally perfect. Justin walked me through the diamond process and what the qualities of a diamond are. He really considered what I wanted in a diamond and all of the qualities that were most important to me. My fiancés ring was too large, and everywhere in town told me "that's too far of a downsize, nobody will be able to do that." Just when hope was running out, I called Diamond Room and heard the best thing ever- "Of course, won't be a problem! Run it by and we'll have it done!". Got it back swiftly, and it was cleaned and very very fair for pricing!

Doubling down- I got gifted a Seiko watch gifted to me from Japan and mine was missing the strap. Oddly enough, they are also the only place in town carrying Seiko watches (fantastic watches btw). Once again, everywhere in town either had a 1-2 week wait with a limited selection, or didn't carry them. Yet again Diamond Room saves the day. They had a catalogue of HUNDREDS of options, and immediately ordered my hand selected band, and they had it 1 day shipped by the supplier.

I promise anybody reading this, there is no competition to how well you are treated and the variety of skill this company exhibits. Priced fairly, and very down to earth. Edit: all of our concerns were addressed in a very kind, professional, genuine, and swift manner. My fiancé and I were very happy with how everything was handled, and we are thinking of returning to The Diamond Room to purchase our wedding bands!

Custom ordered an engagement ring online, but brought it to The Diamond Room to get resized. First time staff was super friendly and helpful, and my ring got done in a very timely manner - same day even. However, when my fiancé took the ring in himself the next day to have it sized down just another quarter size, the lady he talked to came across as very condescending and unprofessional, repeatedly asking him if he was sure that it needed to be sized down again while also explaining the basics of how ring sizing works multiple times. She also suggested at least twice that it might be better for him to wait until I could be there with him, in a way that implied he didn't know what he was talking about. Finally, when we got the ring back the second time, the band was either chipped or the rhodium did not set or something, as there is now a visible mark...
