I would like to say that I came to the store with a need to get my telephone straightened out because it was not working properly. I was sent a phone from customer service that was no longer in use and outdated. I spoke to Mr Vinoo Mankad and he took his time and explained about that phone , that it was discontinued. I felt that it was waste of money and time. And after I get to talk about it, he showed me the difference in the phones as I wanted a new phone, As a minister of a church, I felt that he pointed out the benefits and the purpose on getting the new device. After he showed me the phones, he explained me the prices and the entire account analysis. I really appreciate that, and while he was talking to me, there were several other customers that came in, and he asked to be excused while the data transfer was getting done, and he took care of three customers professionally, and came back to take care of me. They appreciated his time, just like I did. And I wan't this man to be appreciated and honored because I had a very upsetting day with the phone. I am very glad that I stopped at this location and also make sure that I will coming back to this location in future. And I also would like to request that Mr Vinoo Mankad should be honored and appreciated for his hard work and his ability of taking care of the customers.    Read moreI have been to this store several times and Vino was always so helpful and polite. I went the middle of last month to inquire about upgrading my phone soon and the new guy behind the counter told me about a deal they had going on until the end of July for $300 off. I said that's great I will come back one day after work. I came before the month ended and brought the owner of our plan with me and told him I was ready to upgrade. He said the deal ended the week before and they were no more offers right now. The owner of the account and myself knew this was a lie because someone else on our plan had upgraded with the same deal less than 3 days prior. When we told him that he said "Well offers can be changed at will" and made no further attempt to help me. He only kept trying to get us to alter our account plan when we didn't want to because we are happy with what he have. How he wanted to alter it would have cost us an additional $35 a month for no additional services. He was excessively pushy and extremely rude to us so we left with no upgrade. Later that night I went to the state fair in Harrington and went to the Verizon stand there and explained the situation. The agreed to help me right then and there and even matched the deal. I will never go back into this store again. That man has no customer service standards at all and will only destroy the reputation...
   Read moreAvoid this place at all costs unless you get Nick. The associate Riley said I was getting $200 for a trade-in, but I needed to pay $50 for processing. Actually, this came out to be $150 for trade-in and my $50 to equal $200 towards the phone. On a previous visit, Riley said I needed to insure my new phone for the first month. So near the end of the month, I tried to take off the extra cost (it was extremely hard because it's not through verizon.) The insurers informed me that it wasn't necessary to do it in the first place. If you really want an experience of the 1800s, snake oil salesman, go here and get the full monty. Otherwise, get your phones directly from Verizon or wait for Nick. It will save you time, money, and an extremely bad experience (The only good thing about this store is Nick ). Nick originally ordered my phone, but it came in when Riley was in the store. I called the store and found out that the phone was in, but Riley didn't want to issue it because she didn't get the commission. Do not get your phones from Riley. Wait for Nick.
