At first visit very pleasing bought a recliner, let Warren know we needed a mattress, he showed us a mattress and priced it all ready to buy. Warren came back said did not have a California King. Told him if he could make it happen for same price. Talked to him next day or so and my husband told him what we wanted if he could do the same 30% off. A beauty rest C - class. Warren called that week said he got one. I went to the store after work with cash. He advised it was less when I got there. Paid for the mattress and when given the receipt I read it and it said B - class much cheaper one did not want that one. That mattress elsewhere was $2300. and some change he charged me 2700. and some change. It was not what I wanted he continued to argue with me. Plain and simple he lied to me and if he could not make it right I did not want it. Manager was useless on customer service. He got nasty and said he did not want my sale because I called him a liar which he was ripping me off and knew it. Yes I was upset and nasty because we told him what we wanted the night before and I wasted my time going there and he was trying to convince me otherwise. Manager was useless in resolving the issue. So got my money back and found a L class for $3120.00 which I bought. Your company just lost a $3000.00 sale because he was to arrogant and the manger did not even attempt to work with me. He knew I had $3000.00 cash in my pocket. Could of said can't do the C class for that but the L class he could ,In reality $3599.00 where everyone is selling fo less 30% for C class it would be under $3000. Even 30% off 4000. would be under $3000. I will never buy from Ashley again nor will I refer a family member or friend. Thanks for the worst experience ever. If I could leave 0 star I would.

Update: I received a call from the Senior store sales manager Heather apologizing for the incident in the Delmar store and seeing how she could win my business back and if she could help me with my mattress. I told her I already bought one from Mattress Warehouse who went out of there way above and beyond to help me, even gave me free mattress protector and free pillows. But I did appreciate that I was acknowledged and wanted to right a wrong on behalf of her team. Even though I may have been a little upset and should of contained myself I was rightfully justified and as long as Warren and that floor manger is still there I could not revisit there establishment. Maybe in the future when my wounds are not so fresh. So with that being said not all there staff are bad apples, the store was beautiful and had gorgeous furniture the checkout girls were great. We have an ESA that we travel with and there are ALOT of places that are not so accommodating when it comes to animals, so if anyone out there is in a similar situation do not hesitate to to bring your fur babies with you! When I had first arrived I was greeted by Michelle (who by the way had just started out) but you would NEVER be able to tell. She was nothing but polite, professional, and made sure she did whatever she could to meet our needs. Michelle went above and beyond to exceed our expectations as far as financing options, delivery, as well protective care for our new purchase. She was incredibly patient, and answered every single one of our 1000 questions. We also had other stuff members who helped us along the way as far as design and decision making. We are relocating and this store along witj the staff made it so incredibly easy and painless for all of us. If I could give 10 stars I would, there is nothing but great things to say about this store I could go on for hours.    Read moreMy husband and me have spent several thousands of dollars at Ashley and always had a wonderful experience however recently I went to exchange a chair (I had chosen the wrong color) While there I picked out about 8000.00 dollars worth of furniture. The salesman I was working with had to leave on an emergency and I was turned over to a sales lady who was more interested in HOW I was going to pay for the items than anything else. The icing on the cake is when I asked her to give me a grand total and I would take that, along with the pics I took of the items and present this to my husband for his input, after all he was paying for everything, and I would call the next day to finalize everything. WELL, she didnât like that, I overheard her on the phone telling the first salesman, âNo ALL she is doing is exchanging the chair.â Mind you the chair was pushing $1000.00 and she acted like that WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. She made herself scarce after that.
