My fiance and I have been dealing with a HUGE issue with this specific location for about a year and a half now. It started with us upgrading our iphones in store, long story short our bill next month doubled. We made multiple attemps to rectify the situation over the phone and in store with the two individuals who did our upgrades. We found out that they added 4 insurances plans on our account that only has 3 lines, mind you my fiance said no to coverage because we never use it, haven't had it since we first signed up with at&t. There was numerous times within this year and a half span that we had to come in store & pay double triple our normal bill just for them "to be able to see whats wrong with the account." We have delt with the two employees there, as well as a district employee who was sent to the store, after we confronted the employees in store and they quit without putting in their two weeks and no reason for quitting. Multiple visits to other at&t locations to confirm truth to what At&t delran location was telling us, and most of which turned out to be false. We are still currently being charged for insurance we NEVER signed for and for an entire year and half now we have been trying to play catch every month to keep our phones on. at this point neither me or my fiance care to deal with anyone from at&t directly. If after this review someone doesnt reach out and i mean rapidly. I promise we will be just as quick with having our lawyer contact you and we will see you all in court. I won't put out the exact dollar amount but, this situation has hurt my business due to phone services being cut off, put us short on other bills because we trying to keep our phones on, not to mention having a newborn son and missing important appt. phone calls due to service interruptions and has just completely inconvenienced us entirely. I have been using your store since 2010 when I relocated from PA to NJ. I have always been pleased with the assistance that I have received, however, the consistent, outstanding customer service that Lindsey Achuff has provided to me since I first met her in Aug 2012 very much so deserves to be mentioned to you. I switched from a Samsung to a Nokia Lumia 900, she listened carefully to what I was looking for. I have always been a Nokia phone fan. When she explained the Lumia to me, she was very knowledgeable about the phone and it features, she also took my concerns and reservations into account. She thoroughly explained the variety of options that I had, i.e phone insurance and road side assistance via AT&T etc. I have had to use the road side assistance 3 times for locking my keys in my car!!!!! When I have returned to the store and have a question, she always knows the answer and is very customer service driven. Not only does she know the answer, but she recognizes me and remembers my name!!! As a graduation present for myself, I called this store about the iPhone, and the phone call even was short and sweet and told me everything I needed without a problem. I then went to the store soon thereafter and was taken care of within five minutes, with everything was to my liking. However, the associate Ben Mayo made the experience that much better. for a teenager, I don't know much about technology aside from checking my Facebook page, but he explained it so that I understood everything and had no problem grasping how to use my new phone. He was patient with me and my grandmother, which is not very common, and even gave me screen protector as a graduation present. There is so much more I would like to say about my experience, because I left there with a smile on my face and it didn't just come from the new phone in my hands.
