Woman (short) employee was rude to my child. My daughter heard her say “waste of my time” when a purchase was not made. This is very disheartening that a grown woman would say this to a child. I did not hear the initial “waste of my time” statement and thought it was only said as we were leaving (which I did hear) at that point, I didn’t really care to reply because we were leaving anyway. Had I heard she said that to my child, there would have been a problem and I would have reported her to owner/manage

Update: it seems the stores response is to justify the employees behavior in stating that her rude response, while rude was correct? The response should have just been left at apologies for your experience and the matter has been investigated and handled smh. The review “my review” was mainly about the rudeness of the employee, not about her...

Rude employee: I went in looking for soccer cleats because those are the kind my lacrosse coach told me to get. The worker told me football cleats were the same (even though they’re not and I don’t play on a football field). I knew this was wrong but I tried on the shoes anyway because she kept reassuring me. She was very rude and I kept saying that it wasn’t the same because it’s not. She talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about even though she was just trying to trick me into buying off her. After the interaction I didn’t even want to buy anything from the store so I put the cleats in the box and said I would order what I needed online.
