Terrible Baklava – Never Going Back to Efes Market
I had one of the worst experiences at Efes Market and I won’t be returning. I bought a box of their baklava, expecting a quality dessert, but it was absolutely awful. It was insanely sugary—so sweet it was almost inedible—and had a strange, heavy texture. It didn’t taste fresh at all.
When I tried to return it, they completely refused to help or offer any solution. No refund, no exchange, nothing. I ended up throwing the whole thing away.
If this is how they treat customers and the kind of quality they sell, I’m done. There are much better markets around with better service and way...
