As I inspected an item at the entrance of the store for my wife, I was immediately greeted by a very professional and friendly associate named Sara. She was knowledgeable about the products, familiar with the inventory, displaying patience and an enthusiastic attitude as she answered all of my questions. Clearly, she fully understands customer service in how she handled me and the other patrons in the store. She went the extra mile to get me the best possible value for my purchase and each individual she assisted. Sara truly is an asset to the Ritzy Rerack organization. In my 42 years of management, it's a rarity to experience this level of commitment to customer satisfaction. I don't go to Festival Flea Market often, but couple of weeks ago I decided to go and visit the opposite end of the mall. I stumbled into the Ritzy Rerack store to find out what it was. It's a cute store, lots of items to peruse. There was this pretty young lady named Sara that greeted me in; she was warm, friendly, and very excited about the vast array of high end products they had. She was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all! Best store ever, exceptional customer service! The first time I walk in the store, it was just to look around. I was amazed of the quality of clothing they have. I went crazy buying all the beautiful things I saw, andi had to tell my friends and family. I love Sara she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. she is always on the lookout for specific pieces for me because she made it her business to know my taste in clothing.
