Had an unexpected totally awesome experience with Jacob and this place. I checked out a few places prior to stumbling upon this spot, knowing I wanted to upgrade the factory audio but had my doubts with today’s cars and the factory screens, controls, etc. I thought it was going to be a major headache trying to get the sound I wanted while still maintaining the stock display. As mentioned, I checked a few places recently and just didn’t get the “warm and fuzzies” about what they wanted to do.

I just happened to be n the area and googled for audio installers and these guys popped up so I stopped in. The showroom is neat and organized, not a cluttered mess of products stacked everywhere. It made me want to look around and see what all they had in there.

Immediately I was greeted and made to feel extremely welcome by Jacob when I came in. He asked me several questions and immediately had a few ideas of what we should do, gave me a few different levels so I could decide how and where I was going to spend my money to make sure I had the right setup for my tastes in music that fit my budget. The other paces I went to weren’t friendly, I felt like an idiot trying to ask questions and explain what I was looking for but that wasn’t the case here. I knew that’s who I wanted handling my truck and would have been willing to pay more than the other quotes but as it turned out I paid less.

Don’t waste your time at other places. Jacob made me feel like I was his only customer when I brought my truck in when it was time for the install. Kept me informed, sent me pictures along the install process and seemed genuinely excited to see my reaction after the install. He took me through an extensive demo of my new system, what all they did and made sure I was satisfied with the tuning and all.

You guys are awesome and have a long felong customer! And to Jacob, thanks buddy for everything… I’ll be back for some...

My wife desperately wanted an automatic lift gate on her Nissan Rogue Sport. She was so annoyed opening and closing it... as she is less than 5 feet tall. The car dealer recommended Bernie's Customer Car works. I spoke to Bernie and he told me that he installs them all the time, but sometimes the "kit' that comes from China is not always reliable. I went ahead and got the kit and Bernie installed it, but alas it did not work properly. Instead of Bernie telling me " I told you so"...he took the bull by the horns and spent a lot of time contacting the company. He also spent time sending them a detailed video to document the problem. They diagnosed their problem...and sent the new details to Bernie. I brought the car back to Bernie and he worked on it again fixing the glitch. Bernie was so dedicated to making my lovely wife Happy...and in the end...made me happy too. Happy wife...Happy Life. I have dealt with all kinds of businesses...and all kinds of people...and all kinds of people working on my house and car...and all the appliances and gadgets around my house. I have rarely met a business owner so dedicated to making sure that I was satisfied. It was as if Bernie was my uncle...or part of my family. He truly is a great guy and great businessman. I was a little reluctant to write such a great review...thinking that you might think it was not real. But it is! My name is Ed Roth...I live in Valencia Reserve in Boynton Beach...and I am soooo happy. Most importantly...my wife is sooo happy too!...

So I have t start off by saying that I am not usually one of those people that take the time to write reviews however I find that if a company provides exceptional customer service and the ability to complete very complex builds and installations correctly that needs to be acknowledged. I first met Jacob and Bernie when I was having issues after having my work installed by another shop. I knew something was off and although the person who originally completed the work would not do a thing but tell me how great it was I knew something was just off. I had heard around that these guys at custom car works knew there stuff and decided to stop by. I met Jacob who took a lot of time to listen to what I had just had done and why I did not think it was right and disappointed and I then asked if he would look it over. It took him all of 10 minutes to see the wiring was all wrong and fixed it right there for me. I was absolutely amazed at the difference this made. Like I said these guys know there stuff and I would not recommend anybody else. Like I said in the beginning I do not normally take the time to do this but I had to after he impressed me so much.
