The pencil bamboo drum tables were delivered last Sunday. I couldn’t be happier with them. In fact, love, love, love them!!! They are so unique and so cool. They fit right in with the boho chic “Gilligans Island/Hawaiian” theme I’ve got going on. Dolphin & Flamingo has been wonderful to work with and purchase through. Chiam is great! Helpful, informative and does his best to ensure you’re pleased with everything from initial interest, answering many questions, purchase process and finally the scheduling/timing of delivery. The delivery was smooth and Harlan coordinated with me to ensure the time and date we agreed to worked best for us both. This is my 2nd purchase through Dolphin & Flamingo…and I’m pretty certain I’m in the beginnings of my next purchase through them and their wonderful shop. I was looking for a new dresser for 6+ months and nothing at normal retail stores felt right, so I started looking into local resellers. I liked the aesthetic of the pieces on Dolphin & Flamingo and when I saw the Italian Art Deco dresser with lighted mirror, I knew I needed it. I went to see it in person and my hunch was confirmed. I absolutely LOVEEEEEE it and everyone who sees it in my apartment thinks its so cool.

I had a poor customer service experience. Their selection is very nice but I would not purchase anything through delivery again. It took over two weeks for my order to arrive even though I live in Miami Dade and communication around arrival times was inconsistent and resulted in my waiting around nearly an entire day for my furniture items to arrive before being told they would not come until after the weekend. The delivery was also very very expensive despite the long delay. Ownership seemed very unbothered about any of my concerns and did not offer up...
