Customer service is all round horrible!! I walked in the store, the lady employe with the dreads says what are you getting instead of a hello or welcome to subway then i hear her responding to the Uber driver āgo over thereā then i asked for a 6in sandwich ham with no cheese, she replied okay so you want a BLT. I said no and repeated my order and she still considered i wanted a BLT. The next worker comes out to help and she tells her i want a BLT. I told her no a ham sandwich without cheese. She proceeded to still make this BLTā¦. I asked for mayonnaise on the bread before making the correct sandwich, she put the mayonnaise on but pushed the bread together to spread it. ( I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT AT ANY SUBWAY) then i asked for a little more but to be spread on the sandwich. She gave me more but continued to push the bread together to spread it. I asked to pay for 4 pieces of bacon she made ONLY 2 then the customer said i think she wanted 4. I told her donāt worry about because Iām already becoming frustrated. Then the lady employee with the dreads told her just only give her them 2, instead of apologizing saying i didnāt hear you or i didnāt know. I been there many times years ago and when i go the manager makes my food correctly and is always pleasant. I see why i stopped going there. While we were trying to decide on our order, the employee was extremely rude and impatient, telling us to āhurry upā because she didnāt have time. We felt rushed even though we were just looking at the menu to make our selections.
When I asked why we were being rushed, the employee responded with hostility, mentioning her long work hours, and then began cursing at us. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncalled for. While I understand that everyone can have tough days, customers should not be treated disrespectfully.
