Boot Barn — Local services in Delta Charter Township

Will not shop here again. Received a pair of defective boots & went to exchange them. The new pair was found to be defective before we even left the store. So we upgraded to a different brand. Received many excuses as to why they couldn't stretch them a little bit before we left. Stopped in again a week or so later to get them stretched a little bit more. The associate told us they couldn't be stretched much more & told us to try them again for a week or so, but to bring them back if they still don't work out. She told us that they carry wider ones that we could exchange them for. Went in to exchange & the young male working looked at me as though I was stupid and told me that they don't make anything wider. They DO, as Boot Barn has them listed on their website! I asked him to take me back and show me any possible options. He started to explain features to me & then another customer needed the restroom unlocked so he walked away from me and never returned. At this point, I had enough so I walked back up front. The associate was dumbfounded that I didn't have a new pair of boots in my hand. He told me he would refund me instead. I agreed to a cash refund. He then tried to tell me he could only give me store credit. He did finally give me my cash refund & I left, but I will never recommend this place to anyone. Have had better luck buying straight from the manufacturer rather...

First thought when I walked in was wow this place is awesome…wanted to buy works boots but they did not have my size. The girl ordered some for me and shipped them to my house. It took 2 weeks to get them and they were 2 different sizes!!! I returned them and ordered more and had them shipped to the store because that was supposed to be faster. That also took two more weeks and then they couldn’t even find them! I had to call them so they could look for them!! They told me they would give me money off for my trouble but when it came down to it they did nothing and made me drive 45 min to get my money back! The girl did not even say bye when we ended our call. This place is terrible and has terrible...

Not happy at all...Google has store hrs listed, drove over an hr to get here and the store employees walking out say they have been fighting Google to change it. Made a trip back a week later this time my fiance and I spent an hr and a half shopping and the whole time we were there not a single time were we greeted/approached or anything by an employee. Still spent 400$ would have been closer to 1000$ but fiance put all her stuff back refusing to shop here. If we weren't 2 weeks out from our wedding my boots would have stayed on the shelf. Total garbage store...
