Went to 4 other locations to get a line activated and was not able to get that accomplished for one reason or another. Came here because it was in route back home from one of the previous locations and Nancy (the manager at the time) not only got me activated, but she did so with me paying less than I was quoted by the other locations AND she helped me reduce my monthly bill. She was super professional. Kept the next person entertained and patient while he waited, as she was the only associate in the store at the time. Handled everything on her own, never had to call anyone as did the associates of the previous locations that I visited. I wanted to try the internet box that they offer but I felt bad for the dude waiting so I told her Iād be back tomorrow. And I will. The service and her professionalism made me a loyal customer. I ended up with some younger guy who I guess almost missed a sale with someone else who was there and I guess another young lady had to help them because they were walking out. This guy did not really seam to know what he was doing, the young lady had to constantly help him. I ended up paying double what it coast to just switch my line from one phone to another. I didn't ask questions because I figured the coast went up, after I paid he says he "hooked me up" with another line. I told him I didn't want it because I didn't need it and he was just like whatever it doesn't coast anything extra. I just called customer service he charged me to add a line and an extra $15 was add to my bill for the line. I got it taken care of with customer service but won't be dealing with these...

I visited this store yesterday,specifically looking to switch services. A young man wearing a cross earring. With a young lady who seemed very polite. The transaction was going smoothe until I mentioned I recently paid off my 3 iPhones, and wanted strictly get away from another carrier. I don't know if she thought she was slick or I was just dumb. Two seconds after mentioning have paid off the phones she insisted they needed to be traded in to receive the two free phones included in my purchased service. They went from free with my service to owing 3 paid off phones to metro for their FREE ones. Needless to say I drove 2 miles down the road and received excellent service as well as receiving the same two free phones.
