Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Deltona

Alright, here is the deal. The website does not give me enough characters to leave a proper review of my experience, and it is only this one isolated time that I feel I needed more space to express my concern. The food was great, per usual. I have 0 complaints about that at all. The soda arrived cold, the pizza and garlic knots were delicious, nothing wrong with the order at all.

However, the delivery driver was the biggest issue of the night. I did not catch the guy's name, so I have no idea who he was so I can call up and address this properly. I understand that drivers have other places to be and need to get back to work asap, but this guy was not very friendly, very short with his responses, and he felt like he was trying to get me my food like I was a pest. Again, I know that he has a job to due, but to feel like I am inconveniencing him for ordering food?

We used to order from Papa John’s regularly. We now order from other restaurants around the area. This used to be one of the best Papa John’s in the area. The outside has really a run down look. The canopy is faded and the curb bumper are all scraped and dirty. The side walk is black and covered in old gum. The soffits are dirty. Really is not an inviting store front. The pizza is usually good. Today I ordered the Philly with mushrooms instead of green peppers. The cook was the only one in the store and took and made my order. He said it would be ten minutes. Before the ten minutes were up he brought the pizza out to my car. When I got home I realized that there were green peppers on the pizza. I ordered two large pizzas. One with mushrooms and black olives. The other was extra cheese and pepperoni. Received our order. The extra cheese pizza had no extra cheese or pepperoni. The pizza tastes like cardboard. I called the store to speak to manager. I told Derrick that I never wanted to order from Papa John's ever again and to refund me only for the one pizza. He said he could not. He did leave me with a credit for the future. Everytime i order from Papa John's something always goes wrong and i never enjoy their food. Food sucks.
