WOW! I can’t remember the last time an establishment in the Texoma area impressed me this much. My wife and I had never experienced a cigar lounge and were eager to try one, yet hesitant due to our complete inexperience with them. Well, we definitely picked the right one to try. From the moment we walked in, I knew we weren’t in your typical “bar”. It felt very welcoming and comfortable… Yet, elegant and refined at the same time. That’s a hard atmosphere to pull off, but they have certainly done so. My wife and I sat at the bar and I began to look over the vast selection of available liquors on the back wall. They have a full bar, but I had already decided that I wanted my first cigar lounge trip to include whiskey and a cigar. I immediately spotted the uniquely shaped bottle of Blanton’s bourbon. This was the first bar I’d ever seen it at and I was eager to try it. Being a complete novice at this type of experience, I found myself lucky that Nick, the owner, happened to be behind the bar that night. He was very helpful not only in helping with how the bourbon was best served, but also went with me to their huge humidor and helped me pick out some awesome cigars! My wife got an espresso martini that looked and tasted amazing and we sat and enjoyed our drinks, our cigars, and the amazing atmosphere. All in all, I’d have to say that this was one of my most enjoyable first time experiences. I went in nervous because I didn’t know what to expect.
