I had an awful experience here, nothing a new bride-to-be should ever have to experience. Wedding dress shopping is a once in a lifetime experience, and my stylist (London) acted like I was such an inconvenience to her. She was NOT helpful whatsoever. She would not help me get into or out of any of the dresses I tried on. I asked to put my heels on, and she didn’t even help me get into my shoes, much less make sure I wasn’t about to fall over. She would not properly clip my dresses to tighten so I could see how it would actually look on me. She claimed she didn’t have the right clips to secure the dress, so I would “just need to hold the dress up and hold the straps so it doesn’t fall off.” PSA: wedding dress stylists are trained to tighten and secure the dresses in proper locations because you are trying on sample sizes that most likely do not fit you. She would lean against the doorframe of the door with a scowl on her face watching me and my family as I tried on dresses. She did not help fluff the train, present the dress, explain anything about any dresses; she could not even give me a price on several of them but then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to purchase one of the dresses she did not know the price of. My family had to ask if I could try a veil on. Instead of my family enjoying the experience and watching me, they were fluffing the train and the dress and taking care of me the entire time because London obviously could not have cared less. I told my family I thought I was annoying her just because I wanted to try a dress on and have the straps clipped so they wouldn’t fall off of me. She was so rude. Not ONCE did I feel like an actual bride who was picking out a wedding dress. She then called me a couple of days later and left me a voicemail asking again if I wanted to purchase a dress and STILL did not give me a price. If you want to be treated like the bride you are and have a wonderful experience, DO NOT GO HERE. On the other hand, I went to another wedding shop and had the total opposite experience just confirming that my experience at LeAnn’s was UNACCEPTABLE. When the next shop heard how my experience was at LeAnn’s, they...
Read moreI had a not so pleasant experience at LeAnn’s Bridal. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and helpful to get us to our room, and even offered us Mimosa’s, but the rest of time there was very uncomfortable. My stylist, London, came to our room, introduced herself, asked a few things in regards to what I was wanting or looking for in a dress, and then she went and picked out 5 or 6 for me that she thought I would like based off of what I told her. That was really odd for me because the location I was at before, you could go shop for your dream dress. In the dressing room, she didn’t have the right clips or enough clips to properly clip the dresses, so some weren’t snug as they should have been. A few times she even handed me a dress with the zipper not even undone. What? I felt very rushed, like she was inconvenienced with helping me, and when I went to the room to my family so I could show them the dresses, she just kind of stood there in the doorway. At one point I had a dress on that I liked, but she didn’t know the price of it, and she was very pushy with me buying it that day. My SIL said London came and got them from the room and told my family they could wait up front for me once I was done trying on the dresses. We didn’t have the opportunity to visit together and talk about the dresses. After having such an amazing experience at a different location that morning I was excited to get to LeAnn’s, but that was not the case once I left. Trying on dresses is supposed to be fun and special, and London stripped that away from me that afternoon. She even called a few days later to leave a voicemail asking if there was anything she could help with to please let her know. Beautiful dresses here that are a little overpriced, but I would not recommend this place to other friends and family in...
Read moreUPDATE 1/13/22 LeAnns has made no attempt at reconciling their mistake. They’ve left me with a dress in a color I DID NOT order or pay for. —————-
If I could give a zero star review, I would. My sister in law and her entire bridal party ordered dresses from here. LeAnns KNEW they would be closed for 2 WEEKS during the Christmas and new year holiday, but they left us without any information about our dresses we needed for a January 8th wedding. After MANY attempts with emails and phone calls (in November, their voicemail STILL had 4th of July hours listed), we FINALLY got ahold of someone who said our dresses were coming on December 30th, and we could pick them up the next day. My sister in law goes to pick them up AND THEY ARE THE WRONG COLOR!!!!!! My dress is supposed to be SLATE, and it’s a sky blue color, and the other bridesmaids dresses were supposed to be a mist color….they are straight up MINT GREEN.
LeAnns should have refunded our money in November to allow us some time to find replacements. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN, NOR will I EVER recommend them to ANYONE. They clearly only care about taking your money, not about fulfilling their end of the business transaction.
Their communication is NON-EXISTENT, despite countless emails and voicemails left. They left us with 5 business days to try to get dresses altered, and while they offered their own seamstress, she was in Dennison and no one in the bridal party felt comfortable doing ANY more business with them.
If they would like to compensate us for THEIR mistake and horrible customer service, I’ll be happy to take down this post and others that I’ve left on...
