Rainbow Laundromat and Game Room — Local services in Denison

Although I had a decent experience at this facility, the rating is one because:

All of the front loading washers only have cold water. The cold water lines also feed the hot water inlets on the front loaders.

According to the attendant he's waiting on a plumber & he ran out of pipe.

I'm no genius, but thats a lousy excuse.

Plumbing pipes are rather affordable.

There are no signs on the machines or near the entrance stating theres no hot water in the front loaders.

The attendent comes to ask me my namevas if I've done something wrong, yet it's this establishment who's being dishonest.

Restroom has no hot water.

My nephews went to this place today and said the old man who was there came up to them and got on to them because one of their phone notifications had the flashing on and told them, Why were they taking pictures of him, they told him it was the phone notifications and he patted one of them in his neck and told them he did not wanted to see them there next weekend. It’s really disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. We used to LOVE coming to this laundromat. It was perfect to let my kids play the games while I did laundry. It was always clean and I don’t remember ever seeing a machine down. Now, the “game room” is a mini Choctaw, nothing but slot machines. Most of the washers were out of order, and the ones that weren’t were filthy. We literally carried in our stuff and walked right back out. We’ve been to laundromats all over the country and never have had to do that....
