Sadly this chick-fil-A is missing the mark lately. From employees standing behind counter talking while I wait for order to be taken, (finally I asked someone if they would please take my order). The dining room responsibilities being shirked and ultimately leaving the tables/atmosphere a mess. A woman bringing food to and from tables walked past the table behind me 2 times and intentionally avoided looking at it so as to not clean it. I ultimately asked her if she would please clean it and she hesitated and looked around for a moment until agreeing and cleaning it, (just gathering the trash on top of the table and not even all of it). Never came back to wipe it down/actually clean the table. Strawberries, fries, and trash also underneath the same table just left for the next person. These are relatively small things, but when you have 15 people on the clock and you have staff standing around chatting, it’s obvious that there is an issue from the top down, (management). It’s been getting worse the last 4 months that I’ve popped in here a few times. Do bette Chick Fil A. There are smaller, less staffed restaurants that do a better job at this. I don’t know if it’s because it’s Monday, or they’re all just ready to go home, but even going up for a refill, I just got passed up by a woman handing food to another patron after me hearing me politely ask for a refill. Walked right off and left it for the other girl taking cups out of the sleeves/restocking. I ended up buying some more food after finishing my sandwich/chicken strips and the young man, Taylor ended up sorting me out again, (the best worker I encountered today—good job, brother!
About to leave now, been in the dining room for the last 20 minutes and have seen 2-3 tables leave. Still, no one has come to clean the dining room at all.

Read moreBad managers makes for horrible food. This place has been great, I've always loved Chil Fil A, but Monday Sept 15 at 6pm a manager named Mariah changed all of that. The last 2 times I've been they got the order wrong which isn't so typical for Chic Fil A. When I informed them at the drive through I was approached by a manager named Mariah who instantly had a bad attitude; in my opinion she is not suited for a customer facing position. I informed her that I could play back the order conversation as my vehicle records everything, she then informed me that she didn't want to be recorded and walked off. Chic Fil A, most modern vehicles record you and your drive through is literally feet away from a public sidewalk where any citizen has a first amendment right to record you. Having your managers ban vehicles that record is not reasonable. After more bad attitude I ask for a refund because bad attitudes make for bad food and I didn't come to Chic Fil A to have this sort of experience. The manager then refused to refund and said I needed to get off their property. Wow! How do you go from being a great place with great service to acting like this Chic Fil A? Don't drive your Tesla here because Mariah has banned cameras from the drive through. Meanwhile there are accountable people who are real Christians that don't mind being recorded; only people with things to hide act this way. What do you have to say Chic Fil A, is this...
Read moreThis is the closest CFA to us and I’ve been here at least 4 times now (both dine in and takeout) and each time my order has been incorrect - Sunjoy has been made incorrectly, I’ve received grilled instead of fried nuggets, paid for a cookie parfait but didn’t get one or got one with no fruit in it, no sauces, incorrect sauces given, and the list goes on. I’ve been in the food industry so I understand that it can be difficult and kept making excuses that maybe their understaffed or they’ve just got a rush going on or just finished a rush or maybe even someone is just having a bad day. But after this last time, I’m starting to feel like maybe it’s just a bunch of high schoolers that don’t want to work and could care less if they are there. I’ve never had anyone be rude or disrespectful but they definitely are not even attempting to be friendly and kind of look like that if they had the choice they wouldn’t be within a 6ft radius...
