I got married on October 4, 2024 and Marisol altered my wedding gown as well as did a custom alteration on my mother‘s dress. Words cannot even begin to describe the absolute amazing job that she did with both gowns. Her patients, kindness, selflessness, and eagerness to please her customers is just a short testament to the Seamstress that she is. It is evident that she’s doing what God designed her to do! She truly made my dream day come to life and I will never be able to fully thank her for the job that she did. She is so talented and I look forward to recommending her to any and all Women who need a gown altered to make them feel beautiful and special. I also want to give a shout out to Camille, who is learning under the best. Camille worked and created my bustle, and it was absolutely perfect! We couldn't wait to get the pictures back from the photographer to share what an exceptional job Marisol did!! We had an unfortunate event where another tailor did a horrible job (uneven sides, wrong bustle, lots messed up) and when we called Marisol, she had us come straight in and she saw us during her lunch and gave us her ALL! As you can imagine, we were beside ourselves when we truly realized what bad shape the dress was in. Marisol calmly explained how she could fix everything and despite it being December… got it done in 2 weeks time for us (Jan 8th wedding). She created the most elegant and romantic French bustle! She hemmed 2 dresses for me as mother of the groom, and although you can't see the length in the picture, it was perfection! She went above and beyond, we are forever grateful!! She is amazing! Marisol deserves ALL the stars!!! I kept getting recommended those “big name” places but I felt like I knew they would overcharge and had heard from friends not so great reviews. What led me to Marisol, was her reviews! I knew immediately that I could trust her. Marisol altered my wedding dress bust and fixed the fabric from flipping outward, she installed a bustle, and took the length shorter to fit me. She also took in my reception dress and the detachable sleeves which was so cool I didn’t know she could do that!!! She is so thorough, sweet, and priced so fair!
