Marshalls — Local services in Denton

This is the very reason Marshall's doesn't make money. Marshall's should hire people who are ready to help customers when they need help.

I walk in Marshall's, spend about 30 mins buying pants, shirts, and a bunch of socks.

When it was time for me to go try on the clothes I have picked. I notice the fitting room was closed, mind you I walked in there 8:30PM. This particular store closes at 9:30PM. I atleast had an hour to shop and get out of there.

As I approached what looks like the store manager, I asked her if I can use the fitting room to try on my clothes, she replies, "the fitting room is closed", I am confused because why is the fitting room closed if the store is still open, like you could have made at least $300 from me. I proceeded to asking her if she is not going to make money and she replies, "yes because we don't have anyone. Mind you, there were 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing at the time. One of them could have helped me. It's not as if the store was busy, these people were on their phones, doing whatever.

I will not be coming back to this store and you all should do the same. This was an urgent matter and they didn't want to help me. Fail Fail Fail!!!!! You...

My first experience in Marshalls was fantastic until I went to try on clothes. I handed the lady my "No's" and told her I was keeping 3, and turned to walk away. She chased me down and said "Excuse me ma'am I need to see those". And proceeded to literally count how many I kept, and told me she had to "check for the security tags". This store is a great place to get purses, beauty and skincare products, home and seasonal decor, and clothing. The beauty section and home decor section are my favorites. Low prices for the quality. I will say: don't get adventurous in the food section, buy what you know. Every time I've tried something new I've regretted it.
