I cannot say how disappointed I am. Common sense is lost at this franchise, which makes employees seem rude, and unintelligent.
Upon entering, I could feel the lack of cleanliness on my hand from the door, and my shoes were sticking to the floor. First impressions mean EVERYTHING. This is a fairly new building, and it should not be presented this way.
I went to the women's facilities first. I use the handicap stall because the commode is always taller, and I dont bend like normal people on account of an ambulance duty spine injury, and metal attached. The bathroom was also not cleaned. What I can't figure out is why have a taller toilet, but have the toilet paper dispenser below toilet level, and the tissue coming from the bottom of it. That defeats the purpose completely.
When my husband and I ordered, there was a shift manager taking orders, and a young crew member. We had the young fellow. He highly recommended the strawberry-lemonade tea, so my hubby ordered a large, which turned out to be a small, but costs more than a large fountain drink. We ordered two, and asked the kid to put them in a large soda cup. Here is where rationale went out the window. Instead of (for inventory/measuring purposes) using one of the lemonade cups to measure out the drink and pour it into a large ftn cup, he made two of the drinks in the designated cups, and then said, "I dont think Im supposed to put them in the other cup." So I asked the shift mgr if he could, and he started to explain the measuring, and I said I get that, he can just make one, pour it, make the other in the same, and pour it. Pretty simple, or double the pumps into the large cup. Simple really, but they made it so complicated and wasted 3 different cups.
Onto the food... the expediter had our tray ready before the debit card transaction and drinks were done, which tells me the food was premade, and no telling how long ago. Once seated, sticky booth with half dead carnations, we dug in. We absolutely LOVE cold waffle fries, yum! Our chicken filets were smaller than the buns, one was broken in two pieces, and both had been sitting beyond hold times. The nuggets were over cooked, and it seems like it was time to change out the oil. The condiment packages were thrown haphazardly all over the tray and food.
Employees, managers, and what seemed to be franchise owners were mostly standing around. I did not check the playroom floor to see if it was made of recycled rubber/latex (many people are allergic) but Im sure it was, and the notice wasnt on the door.
I just think this was the worst Chic-fil-a Ive ever been in, especially for an establishment that has high standards for fast food. I also did not see the ServSafe certificates anywhere, which instantly concerned me because that is imperative in running a food...
Read moreSecond time in 3 days i went in and they got it wrong. i was there Sat Feb 8th to get soup and market salad. Got home Sat with a salad that had no blue cheese on the salad and i managed to find "ONE" blueberry. And of course i paid for extra dressing and got home to find 1. Everyone has a bad day, right? No problem, go back again yesterday and pull up to window and gonna try 1 more time. I ask the young lady if they had chicken noodle soup, she says give her a moment to check, comes back and said "Yes" so i proceed to order 3 large chicken noodle soups, and again the market salad extra balasamic with 12 count grilled nuggets. I sit in line for "TWENTY FIVE MINUTES" before i finally reached the window. At that point i am told they do NOT have chicken noodle soup, she apparently didn't check, or checked the wrong thing. now had this not been the second mishap in 3 days i wouldn't have said anything but after spending what i spent sat and about to spend another $30+ i was not too happy. I asked to speak with a manager who was apologetic but made excuse after excuse of why i was given the wrong information. I told her to plz just give me my salad and let me go, at this point it has been "30 MINUTES OF WAITING". She offered to give me their chicken tortilla soup for same cost and i said fine. She apparently didn't charge me for 2 of the soups, i spent $16 something. I asked her to plz just make sure my salad is correct with everything on it. She assured me she would. I get my salad and of course the dressing is the WRONG dressing, i asked the young lady if i did in fact get 12 grilled nuggets, she shrugged her shoulders because she did not know. I was beyond upset at this point and they had a line of cars who i am sure were feeling pretty disappointed at that point also. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but for someone reason this chick fil a can't seem to get it together. I am only writing this so hopefully whoever the owner is will get on top of this so it doesn't hurt their business. Customer service used to be important to chick fil a, it was seriously lacking that yesterday. I do not want food for free, i just want what i paid for to be correct and have everything on it that is supposed to be there. Again i got home to a sald with no blue cheese, if its not supposed to have it then menu needs to be corrected to say...
Read moreIf I could give this a ZERO star, I would! This is by far the worst service that I have ever experienced! Not only was it my friend‘a wedding day, where we thought we would have a lovely breakfast from your company. They failed to give us any of our breakfast sandwiches. So we survived all morning with only the coffee & the two cups of fruit that they handed us. While we were getting ready for the wedding, I was on hold waiting for someone from corporate to pick up for 1+hours because I couldn’t even get through to your location due to a busy signal (also, called multiple times 10+). Finally, when I spoke to someone from corporate, I was told that we will have someone at that location contact me ASAP & possibly deliver our breakfast to us (I did mention we were 20+mins away from the location at the wedding venue getting ready), but the rep assured us they would take care of it..... lunch time rolls around (3 hours later)... I call corporate again... to be told oh I apologize someone is going to contact you within 3 business days, excuse me the 1st representative did not say that to me.. I apologize for the misinformation but we will put this in priority. 3 business later nothing... my friend (the bride) called almost two weeks later... corporate informed her that they should contact you soon. Well manager contacted her today, yes, she gets a full refund, but when she asked if we get any compensation for how much time we spent trying to get contacted & calling corporate (which was a lot of time & stress spent when we should be getting ready & enjoying a beautiful wedding day)... the manager hangs up on her & he also blamed the bride’s mother for this mishap!!! What horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!! Chick-fil-A can afford to give a simple gift card for the amount of time we spent to get $90 back!!! Ridiculous!!! Don’t buy from this location, they need to take a class on how to...
