I wish i didnt come here, theres zero sanitary expectations here, one worker was sitting behind me on break, after she was done eating she went to the back, didnt even wash her hands and procceded to serve the guest their food. At the same time of me eating, clear as day i saw a cook use her bare finger and sling whatever sauce was on it onto a plate to clear off the edge of a container. So i guess they dont use gloves, and they dont hold themselves to a high expectation to cleanliness due to how dirty their tables were in the seating area. If a health inspector were to come to this location right this second to this location, theyd be shut down. This restaurant is slept on. It needs more advertising. The food is great. When I visited I bought a tostada Siberia, it was good. I enjoyed eating it. It came with a nice portion of sour cream, guacamole, and the green tomato. It's not like the ones in Monterrey, N.L, but it comes close. I was served by a young teenage girl that was very kind. She did a great job. Her little sister was there watching and also tried helping out. I thought it was very sweet. The place was near empty during lunch hour, which is unfortunate. The interior was clean, no loud music, only the t.v. playing. I would recommend for people to visit it. The portions are fair, the large soft drink is the size of a buccee's fountain drink. I was excited to find this place when I moved to Denton because the first few times I went it was so good. The last 5-6 times, it is crazy how wrong they get your order. I ordered breakfast for a group of friends, and everyone who ordered a burrito was given one small taco. Something is left off our food every time we go. This past time I ordered, I double checked only to see they left the meat off! So I paid $10 for two tacos that were missing meat. There has also been 2-3 times I’ve pulled up during opening hours only to find the door locked. When this place gets your order right, it’s very good. But the good majority of the time, they will only give you half of your food. Sad to say I will not...
