This review mainly pertains to the cashier in the lobby on 11/26 Sunday morning at 10:15. The receipt says Autumn D. The food and place was just okay.
I walked in and waited about 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me at the front counter. That person was running food back and forth and was doing her job. When she informed the younger lady cashier (Autumn D) that I was up there, the cashier nonchalantly walked to the register. I ordered my meal and handed a coupon for an additional free biscuit sandwich. She struggled with that for a few moments before informing me that my total was almost $9. The meal cost $5.89. She rang in every item individually and said that's the only way she can use the coupon. It would have been $6.38 if she applied the coupon correctly. I informed her that $9 isn't correct. She then fumbled around a while longer before I told her to forget about the coupon. She already put it in her register so I couldn't even get it back. After I paid for the meal, I stood to the side for a couple more minutes and decided to ask for my coffee cup when she finished with the two customers behind me. She hands me a large coke cup for my coffee, and then I ask for the coffee cup. She shrugs and doesn't say a word. I proceed to go make my coffee and there isn't any creamer, the other condiments are low/missing, and there aren't any straws/stir sticks. Reluctantly I asked her for creamer. She walks to the very back of the store and disappears. She then walks to the drive thru and hands me a handful of creamers. When I poured the coffee it was only warm, not even hot. I decided to not even bother her because it isn't worth it. As I sit down there are numerous people waiting for their food. The lady delivering orders called out a number which no one had. She looked at my receipt and said it was my order. I had an interaction with a lobby customer, and he said he ordered a honey biscuit, and drinks 15+ minutes ago. His wife left with the kids to a store nearby as he waited more. I finished my food and started this review. He finally received his 1 item.
As I finish this review, the food is starting to come out in a timely manner, and they are starting to use names which I think has helped. However, I see 4 different groups standing in the front ready to order but she isn't helping. I'm not trying to get her fired by this review, but management (Johnnie Posey - named on the receipt) needs to sit her down and see what's going on. Slow and steady is one thing but slow and not...
Read moreI visited on 2/27/25 and had the worst fast food experience of my life. First, my order was brought out without the cheese I paid extra for AND a straight up ICE CUBE in the middle of my burger. Not a frozen patty, just a big pebble ice cube from the soda machine. Fortunately an older woman came out and tried to hand me someone else’s order (?) and I notified her of the issue. She made an incredibly offensive comment about there being “too many and not enough ” in the kitchen, but she brought my burger back inside. After over 7 minutes I got a replacement.
This time, I checked and while the cheese was there… there was ANOTHER ICE CUBE. See photos. At this rate, I brought it inside to get yet another replacement. The manager of back of house came out and let me know she would personally be remaking the order, and they tossed the second burger.
She brought me my burger for the third time (no offers of a refund or complimentary food of any kind while I had been waiting for now over 20 minutes) and I brought it out to my car. This time, while it had cheese and thank GOD no ice, it had PICKLES, which I do not eat and specifically requested to be taken off.
I couldn’t bring myself to wait any longer, so I tossed the burger and went without lunch for the day. Avoid this location...
Read moreImproved!, Almost everyone was extremely friendly ..it did take a while, but I was not really in a hurry...was surprisingly crowded for a Monday later at night,..... It also seems like the sweet and spicy has been better here than the other locations......
I did have a few things go wrong though: I had trouble getting my receipt with the survey; I could hear a girl in back say, "It comes with the tray," in one of those, "I should have known" tones. Not good, and actually, the first paper is the one that has the free-burger-for-your-survey offer, not the one with the tray. I also got two bottom buns with my burger --kind of odd. There were also several -Whataburger employees- sitting at the table behind me, and I felt I needed to move, actually, after about twenty minutes, because they were quite loud and obnoxious....and wow, they were somehow allowed to sit there and congregate in this fashion for a full hour!
However, on the daisy side of things, there was a super friendly and very welcoming girl there, who greeted me very well, before I even walked into the place! She made my visit a good one, despite the mistakes. Unfortunately I don't know her name, or I'd let it be known.
