I had the amazing opportunity today to meet Cross and Diego. First off let me just say Cross is an amazing human and is so caring towards the people he works with. I’ve never felt so cared for during an interaction, it really seemed like they wanted me to get the best product possible! Diego, however, seemed the most knowledgeable on the subject. For every question I had he had an answer and I was so grateful to have someone who was willing to actually talk to me and tell me the answers to the questions that I had.
