Everyone was kind and helpful, unfortunately the final product was a nightmare. The shoulder patches for a uniform shirt were pinned down evenly and symmetrically on drop-off, but at the time of pick up they were horribly off-center to the point that one patch was essentially on the back of the sleeve. Not only that, when they were sewing the patches on my soft body armor, they managed to sew straight through both layers, making it impossible to put the plates back into the vest. The lack of care is astounding, and I will not be using their service...

On the Cuff was very difficult to work with. We ordered online with the intention of using the coupon from College Magazine.

Communicating our design took a lot of back and forth communication and processing. And when we went to finally pick it up they told us the coupon doesn't apply to us because I guess you need to scan the coupon and attach it to the email when ordering.

All in all it was annoying to pay more than expected and the customer service throughout the whole process was difficult. No one was very friendly or easy...

I had to get some stuff embroidered for school and everyone here was very nice and knew exactly what to do because a lot of students come here aparently. The embroidery was fairly cheap (5 bucks) and did not take too long. They are fairly flexible when it comes to picking it up and you can pay before or after the work is done.
