I recently had the pleasure of visiting Semiprecious, a charming spot conveniently located near my house. After my usual watering hole experienced a water pipe burst, I decided to finally stop by this place that I often drive past. I’m so glad I did! Upon sitting down, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered water without even having to ask. This thoughtful gesture set a positive tone for the evening. I ordered a strawberry Negroni, and it did not disappoint. The light strawberry flavor was excellent, perfectly balancing the classic bitterness of the Negroni. It was a refreshing twist that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The drink menu at Semiprecious is impressive, featuring a variety of cocktails that I can’t wait to explore on my next visit. Although I was tempted by the snacks on offer, as a chef who just finished a long shift, I was primarily in the mood for drinks. However, I look forward to trying the snacks in the future. The atmosphere of the bar is inviting, with a great vibe that makes it a perfect spot to unwind after work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would rate my first night a solid 5 out of 5. I’m already a big...

Music was meh and a bit loud, offerings were exactly what I'd expect from someone browsing Pinterest all day. They pretend special fridges are.... Unique? Homie, I have three at home. Overall there's no innovation, just boring, stale cocktails (the radish one smells like feet) that they mask with juice or a spritz of something in an atomizer. Fine, but eh. Also, ALL of the sound paneling is on the ceiling, which is so dumb because 65% of their walls are highly reflective glass so there's a weird deadzone above you but it's extremely loud...

The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and energetic, with great music and stylish, intimate decor. The bartenders are true artists, crafting inventive cocktails that taste as amazing as they look, and the food is just as impressive. At one point, I found myself drinking a bag of sour cream and onion chips—yes, drinking them—pouring the last salty, tangy crumbs straight into my mouth like it was the finest aperitif, and somehow it felt perfectly on-brand for the kind of unpretentious magic this...
