I should of considered how there was no one in there before I chose to sit down. The ladies all seemed very lovely and sweet and gave me complimentary water ... that’s a plus.

However, look at the photos of my completed nails. (Dark red) When I brought it to her attention and asked her to “fix it” she tried to do that by only cutting more of my cuticle off. She got the gel nail polish all over my nail bed. It looks like I have had my hand in a bag of hot cheetos 😭

She was supposed to give me $5 off and told me next time I come back they’ll do a better job?!

Seriously?! How about I don’t have to pay for it at all?! Because now I am going to go pay someone else to take it off and do it again (you could of at least offered that)

I never leave reviews but this place left a horrible taste in my mouth. There’s way better out there Denver. Find it.

DONT DO IT! Worst place ever! Edit: day 4 the gel peeled off Edit: 3 days later and my fingers are still bruised from removing the gel 3 times on one finger, FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN A Huge communication problem. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and received the worst polish change of my life. I have been getting my nails the same way for 4 years straight. I usually get color tips with a little design on my nails, considering that's a complicated thing you would think they would have set me up with someone capable. I asked for my nails to be filed and she clipped them WAY to short. I told her i didnt want the design and just clear and she started filing off the gel. She had to redo 3 nails and still failed to listen to simple instructions. No manicure, no massage and a very unhappy customer. She even started filing the surface of a 4th and I had to stop her. Just don't do it, this place...

Let me just say I have had the worst experience at this salon. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure and was really impressed with the customer service but it went down hill very fast. I started out by getting a pedicure and the lady who was cutting my cuticles cut them so much until they were bleeding on two separate occasions and than proceeded to clean off my blood with a dirty towel. I'm lucky to have not gotten an infection. I got a full set and it was past my cuticles and glue all over my hands with acrylic past my nail it was bumpy and the polish was terrible than when I told them I didn't like the job they told me to come back another time.
