My fiancé and I stayed for 4 days on our recent trip to Denver. From what she had told me, the booking process was easy and everyone was very helpful when she called with any questions. They were also very accommodating with a late check out on our last day. The price for parking was very reasonable and with the hotel’s location, it was ideal for being in the center of where we’d be driving to. Our room was clean and very convenient with the kitchenette for meal prep when we were on the go or getting back late. My reasons for docking 2 stars are that an end cap for the corner of the desk in the room was not attached and leaning against the wall when we got into the room, the hanging towel rack in the bathroom had fallen off when I was removing a towel from it after showering (almost landing on end on my toes), the handle to flush the toilet had to be manually returned after flushing to prevent the water from constantly running and the drain for the shower had started to back up while I was showering whereby forcing me to turn the water off to prevent the shower base from overflowing.

So this is by far one of the best Townplaces in the county id say. All Townplaces generally look the same and are the same for the most part. This one is above the rest because of the location and the staff there. The people here are way more friendly and less judgemental than the others I've been too. Taylor and Tatiana were beyond helpful and pleasant, and made it feel more like home. There were a couple other guys there that were happy to help with any of my other requests, I can't remember their names too well, but I did appreciate them. The location is literally accessible to everything really. There's a cool trail along cherry creek right behind the place which is cool. The building could use a little maintenance up keep, the pet run was not great, but for the price and location it was just fine.

Not a terrible place; however, it needs some improvements. The neighborhood is somewhat questionable. The app allowed me to select a time to check in and when I arrived shortly after the chosen time I was told I couldn’t check in until 4pm because they were sold out the night before and he didn’t have communication with housekeeping. Not sure why the app allowed me to check in with a specific time and what was I supposed to do for the next three hours? Once I got to my room, it had a worn feel to it; however, it felt clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel room bed that I have stayed in. Hot breakfast was OK; however, the first day the sausage was not done and the second day the turkey bacon was raw (pictured below). Overall just an okay hotel.

This property was pretty much what you would anticipate for a TownePlace suites. My first room was clean, although it was missing many kitchen supplies. The front desk offered to send my missing items up, but after about two hours, I went down to retrieve them myself. I believe Staffing might be an issue with this property.||I’m a Registered Nurse and I get up very early in the morning for long days at the hospital. I went to bed Monday night about 8 PM, but soon noticed that there was a very loud and raucous group of people on the ground floor outside of my room. They were near the barbecue, there were probably about a dozen, with multiple pick up trucks backed up to the barbecue, with their tailgates down, and literally having a tailgate party. I called the front desk around 8 PM, and was told that quiet time didn’t start until 10 PM. Well, I wasn’t happy, I put earplugs in and try to go to sleep. When I was still awake at 10 PM, I waited till about 10 after for good measure, and called the front desk. She said she would go out and talk to them, they were“a group of guys”. I did see her go outside and have a discussion with them and wish them a good evening. ||At 11:15, nothing had changed, and the noise was worse than ever, I could hear Bottles crashing, into what was probably a garbage can in the back of one of the pick up trucks. Now I certainly can’t be sure, but based on the use of vulgarity, and screaming, they were probably beer bottles.||When I called down to the front desk, this time the desk clerk answered the phone by saying “I’m so sorry“. I asked if there was another unoccupied room where I could at least sleep for the night. She was accommodating, but in the time it took her to bring up my keys, I had actually thrown all of my belongings into my suitcase and my backpack, and moved everything that night. it was a little bit challenging, because I eat healthy, and cook in my room, so I had a refrigerator full of groceries for the week. ||I recognize that I’m old, and go to bed very early, but if there is a rule that quiet time starts at 10, and I played the game and waiting till 10. I believe either Security (which probably wasn’t on site) or law enforcement should have been involved. Even if they’re “a good of guys“ the rest of the Hotel should not suffer for their loud and raucous behavior.||The balance of my stay was uneventful, there was some miscommunication when I specifically requested Housekeeping, but other than that, it was a pretty typical stay.||The breakfast room is in an odd place for a town place, it was way at the end of a hallway, but was nicely stocked, and a very welcoming woman Managing the food supply. ||I was told by the general manager, that some points are coming my way, it’s rare that I ask for a specific point amount for service recovery, but I explained that I expected enough to cover a full night at another town place in the future.||I’ve chosen to stay at another...

After staying here for two nights, my husband woke up with a strange rash on different parts of his body. After a little exploring, we were able to confirm it was bed bugs.||||We found several eggs on our bed sheets and under the mattress. Our sheets had a few tiny blood spots and bed bug fecal matter was present. We were disgusted and frantically packed up our belongings and showered. I bathed my dog and washed two tiny bed bugs off of him.||||I spoke to the front desk gentleman to check out early and request a refund and he was like “Oh yeah, sorry ma’am. Let me get you the manager.” He certainly wasn’t surprised.||||He alerts the manager in the office behind him and asks me wait in the lobby. After waiting for several other guests to check-in, he knocks on the door and out comes AGM Tatiana Guy. Oh an empty lobby, how convenient. I describe my situation and provide the photos. She explains that since I booked through a third party, I would have to call them for my money back. ||||She goes to check the room and returns to politely inform me how wrong I am. Since I’m positive, I am happy to point out the proof of the infestation and we head back upstairs. ||||To my amazement, Tatiana tells me the egg sacks I have identified look like “skin from her dog.”||||She proceeds to condescendingly explain her “extensive training” on this matter. She insists bed bug eggs “are black and move.” She cannot be convinced that eggs, in fact, do not move. A quick Google search will confirm that eggs do not move and that they are translucent, pearl-ish white to yellow. (Spoiler Alert: The black moving things are the actual BED BUGS!)||||She refuses to refund our pet fee that we paid directly with the hotel upon check-in. I leave, since you can’t argue with stupid, and I am getting nowhere. Meanwhile, my husband is outside with Hotel.Com. When he speaks to a representative she informs us that Tatiana herself has refused our refund and there is nothing she can do to help us. The decision is solely Tatiana’s.||||The experience has been traumatic but unfortunately is far from over. From a lifetime working in hospitality, I cannot fathom the mindset that would not want to resolve this immediately. There was no apology and zero effort to rectify the situation.||||Tatiana Guy is either A) incompetent and undertrained or B) has mastered the art of looking into your eyes and lying. Regardless, she’s unqualified for her position. ||||Please beware, do your own research and check...
