I've been a customer for a few years. Always pleased with the exceptionally good service. Business is owned and operated by two sisters, they're always very friendly and very clean. They do an exceptionally good job. I am very picky about sanitary conditions, quality of my manicure, stuff friendliness, and the atmosphere in the salon, and these girls got it all. This is my favorite beauty place in Denver, and I totally recommend it to everyone. One of my friend is even pickier than me and she was so grateful when I recommended this place for her. Now all women of my whole family and many of my friends go to the salon and they absolutely love the place. Girls are able to get me in whenever I need, they respond to my texts or phone calls right away, manicure quality is probably the best I have ever experienced. Whether it's a shellac or a vinylux it lasts typically 2 to 3 weeks, plus I can come back and fix any of the shellac nails in case if nail polish chips off (which never happened to me in a reasonable timeframe). Of course everything is sanitized and very clean. They are typically booked solid during the hot/busy days, but if I need to get manicure/pedicure done quickly they can get me in the same or the next day. I will NEVER go to this spa!! I bought a groupon a couple months ago for a shellac manicure and I keep calling to try and use it. Everytime I call, the woman says there are no openings. Today my groupon expires so I tried again to call and get in for a manicure. The woman was so rude on the phone I could not believe it! I had called twice in the morning and left a message since no one answered. She called me back and told me "there is absolutely no way I can get you in today. You called me last minute" and she told me she would not honor my groupon for the full service on a later date since it expires today. I asked her why she wouldn't let me come on another day since she's the one with no availability all the time and she said "I absolutely will not do it" then she told me she was with a client and hung up. This was the most expensive mani/pedi I've EVER gotten, I thought the experience was okay, but the quality of the manicure did not last and I definitely didnt feel it was worth the price. Builder gel mani and gel pedi before tip was $160 and I already have a small chip in one of my nails less than 24 hours later. 72 hours later, I have 3 chipped nails. To get it fixed costs a fix it fee??? That's honestly insane on a crazy expensive manicure. They do have a Good color selection. The pedicure was nothing particularly special or extra, it was just a pedicure. I appreciate when places try and address any ingrown toe nails on the sides and they did not do that at all. Pedicure tubs were really shallow and the massage chairs just vibrated, which was strange and not fun. The flowers she did on my nails are really cute and well done. If the price wasn't double what I've paid anywhere else (including in big cities), I'd say it was a decent manicure and pedicure but spending nearly $200 was extreme and to have to pay for a fix is insane.
