Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by my experience here. I came in having booked an acrylic removal, and then a regular polish mani with a design on two fingers. I've only last month started getting my nails done, and this is the first time I ever got regular polish on them rather than gel or acrylics.

My tech told me that she wasn't sure if she could do a design with regular polish, so she asked a few other people and one said that she could do it with gel, so I said we could do that. As she started putting the base coat on, the next client came in and my tech told me she wouldn't have time to do the design, because I chose gel and that would take more time. I decided to go back to regular polish and just get a single color on all my nails.

However, I still felt a bit rushed - the application of polish was patchy (since it's a darker color), and some top coat pooled over the edge of my nail, causing some peeling. The tech put on two coats of color, and in my picture what looks like a shine on my pinkie nail is actually just my natural nail showing through.

She told me to dry my nails in the dryer, but didn't tell me how long I was supposed to dry them for. She immediately moved on to the next client, so I was unable to ask. When I thought the nails were done, I went out to my car, but one of my nails immediately started peeling. I rated this place a one, I believe the receptionist is very personable, but overall experience was not good. I called this salon so I could send my wife and her friend over to get nail work done for my wife's birthday. Since it was a surprise I had to arrange for a card on file prior to the service. The receptionist was helpful, I told the receptionist that I'm not sure what type of services they are going to want accept I know they will want nails done, so assuming that they could accommodate them with whatever they needed I asked for a time slot on Sunday. The receptionist was fully aware of the situation, due to the online booking that they reserved me under, my wife arrived and asked for manicure and pedicure for her friend and they said no because they only had time for one service. So my wife was only able to get one service done, while getting the service she noticed two other ladies come in and she heard the receptionist say they were walking ins, they asked for multiple services and they accommodated them. This was pretty offensive to my wife. On top of all that she said the service was not done the greatest, very rushed. Went there for a pedicure and had a really poor/bizarre experience. I was late for my appointment and it was getting close to closing time. I talked to them on the phone and told them I was on my way and they were ok with it. They charged my card before I got to the place and when I went in they told me they weren't doing the pedicure anymore because it was getting close to closing time, even though I literally had just talked to them on the phone. I asked them to forgo the foot massage part of it to save time and they accepted. The lady at the desk that I was dealing with was super rude and unprofessional. The nail tech at least was nice, but the work was very rushed and poorly done. Both the tech and the receptionist were acting super stressed out that they were staying a little bit past closing, like they were going to get into trouble. When I went over to pay, the receptionist was closing the register with some other lady and they were both incredibly dismissive and basically ignored me out the door as I was asking them for how to tip the nail tech.
