It was a fun experience the staff that helped was Colin, Alex, Tim and Noah they were very knowledgeable and helped us with gun safety and handling the guns, overall, it was a good experience!!
To piggyback off of my original visit, the second time around was not so great and my 5 star rating dropped to 2..
When we first walked in the vibes changed immediately all three of the sales associates at the desk made eye contact with each other and played a game called “nose goes” meaning none of them wanted to help us when we walked in. Just knowing that they didn’t even want to deal with us is childish, unprofessional, disrespectful and super unwelcoming! The first time I went, it was just me and one of my boys we had such an amazing time and experience that the second time I brought all 5 of my boys and had I not already planned out the day and had all my kids in the same place in the same time for once I would’ve walked out when I seen them making fun of us.. I do admit when we first walked in it was a little overwhelming trying to get all 5 of my boys waivers signed, IDs checked, we had to purchase some glasses and rent ear protectors at that time I did mention the membership to the person that was helping us asking him if it would be cheaper if I just got the membership. He said yes and that was it never revisited the membership topic so I honestly thought I was very clear & locked in for the membership and they would give me the details upon leaving..with everything that was going on when he asked me to pay the total due I just paid I just it we stayed for about two hours rented multiple guns I ended up purchasing more ammo. My boys were having so much fun and they had smiles on their faces I was embracing the moment. It wasn’t until we were done about to leave and check out that the guy that originally helped us check in shows me the membership package sheet and asks me if I wanted a membership that I thought I already had signed up for.. He tells me no he never signed me up because he “doesn’t like to push people”, I was livid at this point because I thought that I had signed up for the membership and I spent a large amount of money only to be told how much I would’ve saved if I would’ve signed up for the membership. I told him this is something he should probably clarify before the visit not after the customers ready to leave. He just said well I don’t like pushing people to get membership..
The facility is nice and I still agree with the staff being knowledgeable and knowing their stuff about guns however, the second visit was not as consistent as the first visit. I feel that at the end of the visit with all the confusion once they knew that I wanted the membership and it wasn’t ever processed. I feel like they should’ve honored my request or took into some type of consideration all the money I just spent and discounted something… Whether it was me not clarifying before I paid, or them not making me aware that I never signed up whatever the confusion was they should’ve made it right instead, it was excuses and them just saying, I can purchase it for next time.. I was offered 4 free cards for next time mind you I have 6 total in my family! I will not go back to this location based off how we...
Read moreCan’t say enough good things about my time at shoot indoors. I’ve been coming here as a patron (non member at that) for maybe ~3 years now and have never been disappointed in my experiences.
Shoot indoors is close to my house and has been my go to range for when I need to sight in an optic and can’t make it to outdoors. This has also been the place I have taken friends and new shooters as I find it to be an extremely safe/accessible venue for first timers.
The RSO’s/starf here are top tier - aside from every single one treating me and others with friendliness and respect - their knowledge and safety is top notch as I have seen them ensure a safe range experience for all.
The facility is awesome - spacious lanes and their camera system is great and gives you the ability to really hone in and see where your shots are on target.
Pricing is extremely fair as well. Like I said, I’m not a member but will continue to come back as a drop in whenever I need to zero a gun or just need range time.
Overall - there are multiple Shoot Indoors but I’m sure this one is the best. From the cleanliness of the facility, the staff, (ample parking as well), never having to wait for a lane even as a drop in - id highly recommend the Denver location for a seasoned or novice shooter or someone just looking to get some...
Read moreThis place is AWESOME. Jason, Noah, Joe, Tim, and Andy are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
In fact, the entire staff is super helpful. The lanes have an iPad with a camera that you can zoom in on your target and watch your hits. It's delayed just long enough for you to make your shot, then watch the iPad and see your hits register. You can also place markers on the iPad to track your hits as well. It's a pretty well thought out environment. I especially liked the hand washing station on the way out. It's little things like that that make this place stand out. Needless to say I signed up for a membership after 2 hours on the lane. And they put my bill for the day towards the membership! This is the kind of place that I would absolutely feel comfortable bringing someone who may be a bit more apprehensive or fearful of actually going to a gun range. The atmosphere was very welcoming and not once did I hear anyone being talked down to or made to feel stupid for asking questions. Which I have witnessed at other places in the front range. ALL of the staff was great and I can't wait to come back!
I see myself coming back quite often as I think I have found myself a new...
