• This is NOT forgetting my salsa or my cheese, this is STEALING MONEY from unsuspecting customers...not me!

Expect to be dissapointed ...my interaction as follows:

Me: Good morning I'll have one cochino sandwich, bacon and make the eggs scrambled. Employee: Ok that will be $4.19 Me: Your menu on the outside of the building says the cochino sandwich is $3.00 (Employee grabs and points to menu) Employee: No on the menu it says its $4.19 (I ask for a menu after he says they have been updated, notice the price is still $3.00 on "updated menu") Me: It's says $3.00 right here on this menu too! Employee: "ALL PRICES SHOWN MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, it says it right there on the menu"

Me: I'm from Chicago I don't play games like this, give me my money back. (I got my money back and left)

NOTE:. I WONT be back!!!!

Ordered online so could pickup and get back and eat with my daughter before leaving after move in day. Got there and no confirmation of what i ordered was asked of me, just handed a bag. I asked what it was as felt light...was told steak tacos. Advised not what we ordered, so they try again and again not confirming my order prior to doing so. I then get handed another bag. I'm like what's this? And was told chili cheese fries... nope, wrong again. Finally they asked what I ordered...2 guacamole tostadas, 2 cheese enchiladas, 1 beef and bean enchiladas, pint of Spanish rice, side of guacamole and sour cream and churros- nothing close to what I was brought out. They didn't have the order in their system but suddenly remembered their online ordering system was down after I showed the online receipt showing i order already paid for it. They copied the order and made it. Everything was so salty and churros rock hard. I gave 2 stars for the young gentlemen who stepped up to help and took charge. Otherwise, would...

This was the worst experience ever ,I love bubba chinos but the this the worst ,I spent $70 dollars for food and everything was wrong,the food was nasty and the burritos we got didn't have any beans and no chicharrones that I asked for.we tryed calling to complain about our food but the phone was disconnected,there's no way the food I got was 70 dollars and I always go to this bubba chinos and I always get a lot of food and I only pay the most is 40-45$ tops ,so your staff which is 2 teenage boys did not take my order right and they pocketed over 30$ and they never gave me a receipt........ PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE AT THIS BUBBA CHINOS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH YOUR FOOD...
