moonbowls (Healthy Korean Bowls- Vallejo St.) — Restaurant in Denver

This place advertises indoor dining but you are not allowed to eat indoors. It is not a restaurant at all but a simple pick up spot for the different delivery services. We were unaware of this and the guy at the front desk was very unfriendly and less than helpful about letting us know the requirements of ordering from this place. We had to wait at the location to pick up our food. Google has this as a dining location and I promise you it is not. They have 3 picnic tables located outside but until the weather is warm that it's not very helpful so we ended up eating in our vehicle. We specifically requested utensils and not chopsticks and extra meat and spices on my husband's order. We were charged $8 over the normal price for the item he ordered and did not get our sauce nor our extra meat.We went back inside and asked the unhelpful gentleman if he could swap the chopsticks for silverware and he said that is all they had. I asked him to please go check as we were not skilled in using chopsticks and he was very unhappy that we disrupted his music to stop and go check. It is really a shame because the food is delicious but they need to advertise much better that they are not a dining location and that you can only get a delivery service...

I loved the food, everything on the menu was gluten free which made me feel comfortable ordering from them. I didn’t realize I needed to order utensils and pay for them separately until after I received my order, they were able to give me a spoon for free (wouldn’t recommend hoping for this if you forget though). The only thing I was bummed about is that it’s located in a somewhat isolated setting. It’s not a sit down and socialize atmosphere, but more of a pick up and leave situation. It feels uncomfortable to eat out on their picnic tables while everyone else walks by, picks up and drives off. The tables don’t feel inviting nor intimate. It’s still worth it to order from them again, I just need a plan of where I can take my food to enjoy it. Which is an added stressor for me personally! Rather not...

I ordered through door dash. First of all the food is supposed to be healthy moon bowl. It was full of grease and oil that even the bowl it came in with was dark. It had stale veggies as well as nearly uncooked and stale tofu. I have certain dietary restrictions so ordered healthy bowl and it was so much unhealthy not sure if I will fall sick. For sure this is the last order from me in this store and this was not the first time I was provided with stale food but for sure this is the most greasy and oily healthy bowl I ever got and not anymore. Thank you.

Thought things might have improved so reordered just three sides 2 Tofu and a brown rice. Just got two bowls of rotten uncooked oily tofu and the brown rice even had beef pieces in them. I am vegan Not sure why I was even...
