Paul earned my business from a very young age when I was looking for an engagement ring. Took a chance on a kid that made little money, having to make payments all the way up until the ring was paid off. He held it for me the whole time. 15 years later he just made an amazing upgrade ring for my wife with a GIA appraisal on the diamond. His craftsmanship is unparalleled. For all the reviews I saw on here before posting this talking about him not giving you the time or too big for working on little stuff. I laughed :). Paul will take care of anyone! Yacovetta Jewelry is not reliable or honest. I took a tennis bracelet in for repair and was told it would be fixed in a week. It took three. I wore it for less than 24 hours and it broke. Yacovetta SAID it wasn't in the same spot although it looks the same, that he would repair it within the week. I went back three weeks later and it hadn't been touched. He offered me a refund from the first repair, but if it really was in a different spot why would he give my money back? Sic weeks and no repaired bracelet. I left a ring with Yacovetta (Paul) to be sized. I was told I'd get a call in a week. A week later I hadn't heard anything. I called and left a message asking to be called back. No call back, so three more days later I called again, asking to get a call back. No call back. I called a third time and no answer so I went to the store and asked for the ring back.
