We used this place to rent my fiancé's tuxedo for our wedding. Although the service and the tux itself were good, I was utterly mortified when a couple of hours before our wedding, we found out that they forgot to add the pocket square.

My maid of honor had to rush to cut and iron my silk bonnet to improvise one. Not the kind of thing that you need on such a stressful day. I still get upset when I think about it.
