I'm currently livid about how unprofessional some of these nurses are. I brought my boyfriend here a few nights ago for a cyst to be drained. Everything was fine but it started hurting him again. I bring him back tonight to see if they can check the wound and change the packing if needed. After he explains that he's still feeling pain, the nurse leaves the room to talk about his situation and she had the audacity to say "he's obviously not in pain" ....he heard her clear as day. I felt well-attended to, and I’m deeply grateful for the excellent care provided by the doctors and nurses, especially nurse Amanda.
