HUGE SHOUT OUT! This 5 star review is for one specific person. Fran from Newport Vermont has provided me with above and beyond customer service. This wonderful, sweet lady seriously needs to be recognized. She deserves a big raise! I am so fortunate enough to somehow be connected with her. She has been my guardian angel throughout my entire process of needing Adapt Health. I have never encountered anyone like her before.

Today was my final straw with Adapt Health. I tried getting help through other people for 45mins. They kept disconnecting me and hanging up. When I finally spoke to someone, they transferred me to one of the chains in New Jersey. This wasn't even in my district, let alone state lol. It's been a nightmare with their communication system today. It must be an off day for people at Adapt Health. I get it and understand but my patience was up after 45mins. I was becoming very frustrated.

I should have known to get a hold of Fran first but I wanted to give her a break lol. She seriously saved me from a lot of stress and tears today. I needed supplies for my vent, oxygen concentrators and durable medical equipment. She took care of it all for me. I just wanted to hug her through the phone. Fran, if you're reading this, don't ever stop being the amazing person you are. This World seriously needs more people like you who is kind, hardworking, and so caring. Thank you for always being there for me. You're AMAZING!

Such amazingly friendly, compassionate, and helpful service! Mike and the team bent over backwards to get me the most economical oxygen, and delivered it to me in the evening in bad weather when I was suffering from COVID and had just come home from a six-day stay in the hospital. The man (I wish I knew his name) who delivered it took the time to set up and explain everything to my wife about how to use the oxygen when he arrived here.

It is rare these days to find this kind of excellent service, and it is because these folks really care. Although I hope I never need to, I wouldn’t ever hesitate to call this team from Keene Medical again, nor would I ever hesitate to most enthusiastically recommend them to others. Amazingly Good Customer Service! I came to Keene by fate as DHMC had referred me to another firm for the equipment they had prescribed for me. Yet the first firm was unresponsive. I contacted my local Keene office in Newport Vermont and was told that they had the equipment and would easily be able to supply my needs. They walked me through contacting the doctor and having the original prescribed order voided and reissued. Also, Keene advised the correct model numbers. Within 24 hours the task was completed and the order made ready for delivery. Since it has arrived I have received numerous inquiries as to how the equipment is working and if there is anything else they may assist me with. I am extremely impressed with Keene now for nearly 2 months and expect this high level of service...
