Approximately one week ago I went in and looked around for about a hour. A young Sales person who described himself as, “the Owners Son” was helpful and friendly, never pressuring me and offering some great incentives. He specifically Stated that delivery to my address would be $49 and that they were in my area “at least twice a week if not more.” I told him I would return soon (I had my kid with me who wanted to go). I returned today 5/18/24 and was followed around by a female sales person who was nice enough . A balding middle aged guy sat behind the desk “assisting her” and playing on his computer. After I picked out $2000 of furniture, he quoted me $99 for delivery and said it would be “At least a week but probably 2.” I told him I was told just last week it was $49 and a few days at most to my area. He decided to act like a BIG JERK and swear and “call out” the “stupid kids” that work there. So if the Owner is reading this, your employee thinks your son is a “stupid kid” and he blew a $2,000 sale today. I previously frequented the Lyndon location before it closed. I...
