Last night, my nine year-old grandson and I did the cosmic bowling. It was busy, so if you’re going to do it, I highly suggest making reservations. We got concessions which consisted of Two pepperoni 7 inch pizzas, fried okra, and a couple of sodas. The prices were a little high for the concessions in my opinion, but I do realize that unfortunately all food prices are going up. But for being concession food, I found them to be very good. I especially loved my fried okra and I am very picky about my fried okra!!! 😂😂😂 it was very clean and all of the staff was very nice. And the place was packed and there were a lot of young people in there, but everybody was considerate and I didn’t hear any foul mouthed teenagers. I know that might sound like a crazy thing to put on a review, but I know with having had small children and now having grandchildren it is important to me that when I go somewhere that I don’t want to have to deal with misbehaving people in general. Whether it be teenagers or grown adult adults. I see all too often on YouTube people acting foolish in public. So I just wanted to put that out there for anybody who might be thinking about bringing your kids there. Particularly late night on cosmic bowl. And you can’t beat $15 for 2 1/2 hours shoe rental included. I was telling his mom when she came to pick him up that she should go there! This grandson has a 12 year-old brother, but he was somewhere else last night. That’s why he didn’t go with us. But I will most definitely be coming back with them again. Thank you for the enjoyable experience! I also was very happy to see a well lit parking lot. I also noticed it was clean as well!!! I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family. Worst bowling alley ever!! Allowing parties to only happen during their scheduled times is absolutely asinine!!! Trying to plan a 4 year old birthday party trying to ensure family can all make it is a little difficult when you can't guarantee a spot to bowl. We decided to take a chance a bowl and yet because I didn't have it during a so called "party time" I could not bring in 6 cupcakes for little kids with out paying for some room!! Absolutely ridiculous and have never been treated this way when trying to bring a person business! Was told that I was compared to someone bringing in McDonald's when they have a grill. Well Derek Frazier let it be known that because of this you lost several hundred dollars in food and beverage sales on this Saturday evening and I will be taking my future bowling...

We came in to go bowling on a date, but the man at the front counter was very rude, and unpleasant. He told us we could only bowl one game, even though we wanted to play 3. I then asked if they had a league coming in soon. He could of offered that as the reason without me having to question why, as we were going on a date night. This gave a bad vibe. He was not customer service oriented. The arcade was not what it once was either, not many games. Once we finished our one game like 20-25 minutes, no league was there yet so we should have been able to play the 3 games we initially wanted. Overall probably won't be back. Guess they can make a sale off all the leagues instead of us. 🥴🤔Shoes they rented us were bad...
